We were not specifically patients of this office, but of another that shares a waiting room. I must say that either their receptionist was having an absolutely horrific day or she is just a very unpleasant individual. A mother was asking her questions and she acted as though answering questions is not one of her jobs and has never been a responsibility of any receptionist on the face of earth. Very rude, and quite harsh with everyone I saw her speak with. Waiting room was clean and other staff were quite pleasant.
