I have always been given Great service. They are friendly caring knowledgeable. Always take the time to make sure you understand your medication and if you have any questions they would always answer it for you. The head pharmacist Tony and his team are far away are the best pharmacist out there.

called during my lunch and was able to speak to the nicest person in the pharmacy - I had some issues with my new insurance and questions about some prescriptions and covid booster and she was so helpful and kind - I would give her name but I don't know if they want me to use names

I've been going to this Wal-Mart store for many years. I use the pharmacy and although the personel is very friendly and helpful, it was a nuisance finding parking and getting out of the car especially in the winter just to pick up one or more medications. I love that they finally have a drive thru for pick up and drop off of scripts and medications! I have also had the opportunity to use their online grocery order and drive thru pick up and I love it!

Este walmart tiene de los peores servicio al cliente que jamas allá visto en mi vida. En el pick up eramos los unicos y la espera fue de 20 min. Fuy unas semanas atras saque cash back pero necesitava cambio y me lo negaron si queria cambio tenia que comprar algo habiendo gastado mas de 200 dolares en una compra. Ademas siempre escasean de productos pueden pasar semanas y no encuentras lo que buscas. Pides ayuda a un empleado y no save como ayudarte pides hablar con el store manager y nunca esta disponible y es gracioso te pasan con asistente de gerente y ella me dice que el trabajo de la gerente de cajeras no es ayudar a solucionar mi problema. Todo esto sin ver la gestion y el compromiso de brindarme un servisio ( tacto, una sonrisa ,un buenas tardes como le puedo ayudar o disculpa ) hadta se molestaron me hicieron sentir incomodo. La peor experiencia

This walmart has the worst customer service ever seen in my life. In the pick up we were the only ones and the wait was 20 min. I went a few weeks ago cash back but needed change and I was denied if I wanted to change had to buy something having spent more than 200 dollars in a purchase. In addition, there are always shortages of products that can take weeks and you do not find what you are looking for. You ask for help from an employee and I do not know how to help you ask to speak with the store manager and it is never available and it is funny you go with the assistant manager and she tells me that the job of the cashier manager is not to help solve my problem. All this without seeing the management and commitment to give me a service (touch, a smile, a good afternoon as I can help or apologize) even bothered me made me feel uncomfortable. The worst experience

Whoever orders the meds for this place needs retrained or managed differently because they have no idea what they’re doing. Each time I come for my script, they give me a different day to try when they, inevitably, tell me they don’t have it. This last script alone I’ve been three times to retrieve and on the third they suggested I try a fourth.This place is a joke. Changing pharmacy’s for good.

The wife and I just shopped there 1:30 pm today 8/27/2016. Customer service is horrible today. Most of the Walmart employees are acting like thugs today, with the exception of one. Right down from what I believe to be a manager female with short blonde hair wearing a blue shirt to the greeters in the yellow vest. Not one customer friendly employee in there today.. Be aware before heading to this location. I told the wife a few weeks ago their customer service skills seemed to be improving. Unfortunately today's trip proved otherwise.
