Great simple sandwich made to order -exactly what I was looking for on this blistering hot day. Fresh ingredients. Well-balanced tuna salad recipe, on marbled rye toast. Perfect. Nice folks. Tables outside and a cool spot to wait indoors for carryout. AND the best freaking vending machine I’ve ever seen.😉Really. Will be back very soon.

What a wonderful gem to find in Bexley while at Capital University for a Conference. Super polite, straightforward menu, and yummy sandwiches.
Fair warning, I am a lover of meatloaf, and they have meatloaf sandwiches imagined in multiple ways. They have other sandwiches and items, but I was focused on on the meatloaf. I had a mushroom and Swiss on rye, and it was terrific. I took a couple "fang" sandwiches home deconstructed for the family, heated it up, loved by all. I wanted to try the spicy concoction, but maybe next time. I'm looking forward to going back when in the area.

I tried this place for lunch a few weeks ago and I was so happy I found it. I was craving a tuna sandwich and theirs is one of my favorite in the city. I also got it with gluten free bread, which can be hot or miss, and it was pretty good! They have a broad menu and I definitely will be back to try more items off of it.

I'm surprised it took me this long. I've been a huge fan of Newfangled kitchen for about 5 years now. Every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop in and order their best sandwich in town. If you have an appetite for a smooth cold cut sandwich? Ask for The High Five. Don't stop there though, top it off with a Boylan Root beer and their signature chocolate chip and potato chip cookie. Always willing to have a phenomenal meal here. Keep up the fantastic work.

A quaint sandwich shop located in Bexley, I've driven past on numerous occasions and finally decided to stop! I am so glad that I did, they are known for their meatloaf sandwiches but I myself am a Reuben fan.
I ordered the turkey Reuben and a bag of honey Sriracha kettle chips.
My order was fast and fresh and Oh so good!! And the cashier was very friendly and welcoming.
I can't wait to go back to try something new . I'm sure I won't be disappointed!

Finally got the chance to try Newfangled Kitchen. I got The Big Deal sandwich which was a huge, all-beef fried bologna sandwich with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and red onion. It was AMAZING. The only other thing I would change next time is to sautee my onions.

We love this place! It's a must-stop every time we head north to Ohio.

The menu selections are uniquely crafted and the food is great. We also enjoy the vibe; eclectic decor and cool music. Love the vending machine!

BTW, Lucifer's Hammer is the bomb! This sandwich is not your mother's meatloaf!!!

Although it's primarily a take out service, they do have a couple of outdoor picnic tables, which we really enjoyed.

I accidentally scared the hell out of the owners when I got back out of my car in the rain to tell them that they put their foot in my sandwich. They didn’t know what that meant. (Sorry bout that.) I ordered the mushroom meatloaf sandwich and I’m still eating it but I had to come on here and sing their praises. The rye bread was fresh and soft. The meatloaf was perfectly seasoned. I loved the mushrooms and the special sauce and the Swiss cheese had such good pull. Good gravy is this a frickin’ tasty sandwich!

This is without a doubt THEE best sandwich I have ever had!! I can taste the love, even down to the way they folded the paper the sandwich was wrapped in. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for an expertly crafted sandwich to stop in and give this place a try. You will not regret it!

What a score! This was my first time to order and happy to have stumbled upon you. Such a great experience; food was really good but the service was amazing! For those that like potato salad, please try their dill potato salad... wish I had bought some too take home! Thank you for the wonderful service and food!

Service is impeccable- they wrapped my drink in napkins and foil to stay cold and not get my toasted Augusta Birdie sandwich soggy.

This place has become a goto quick meal for me and the family. Reasonably priced, the sandwiches are very filling, and the salads are generous as well. If you like your spicier selection, try Lucifer's hammer. The service here has always been friendly and they have been very accommodating with custom orders. I am very happy to have them as a local food option.

I absolutely love this place. I work right next door to it and it’s always a pleasure to go in on my break and get a sandwich and sometimes some chips and chat with the owners. They are very accommodating and always super kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone if you’re in Bexley and are looking for some place to eat. They are closed Sunday/Monday but be sure to try them out when they are open. Love you Newfangled crew❤

My favorite part was a vendingachine filled with Vintage finds and some just odd things VHS tapes, cassette tapes, Troll doll keychains, freeze dried ice cream sandwiches, mood lipstick, a local bands CD, and many more eclectic itemasThe vibe is relaxed. It's carry out only so we are outside. We didn't try their specialty, the meatloaf sandwich, but my husband had a Tuna melt and I had salad with tuna salad on top. Both were delicious.

I order from Newfangled Kitchen on UberEats all the time because it’s so good! I always get the Georgia Reuben and the dill potato salad, it’s a perfect lunch combo and really delicious. I love a turkey Reuben but they can be hard to find, so glad I discovered this place! I look forward to trying other menu items some day, I'm sure they’re also excellent, but every time I think I’ll try a new sandwich I just can’t turn down the Georgia Reuben again 😊. My husband has gotten the High Five a few times though, he says it’s very good. Definitely would recommend this place for a great lunch!

I can’t believe I’ve overlooked this place for so long. I got the Reuben, fried bologna sandwich, pecan salad, and a side of meatloaf and all items were excellent. Quality super fresh ingredients, very fair pricing and portions, and super fast and friendly service. Even the packaging is outstanding. I love finding privately owned neighborhood gems like this and they are rare. Thank you guys

The reviews were RIGHT surprisingly never heard of this joint till browsing uber eats and it might be the best sandwich joint I've had in columbus don't know when I'll try their meatloaf sandwiches but this sandwich was full of fresh ingredients and made amazing and gets you FULL actually taste like real fresh food and not fast food definitely my new go too

Best meat loaf husband and I have ever had! I'm not even a big meatloaf person but there's is so juicy and full of flavor. The white bbq sauce is my favorite, love the NA drink options, and customer service is always stellar.
