Blu Note Jazz Cafe

I'm from Columbus Ohio; born, and raised. I've been waiting for a place like this for years. I recently purchased my house in the area and stumbled upon this gem while walking. I love the atmosphere. The owner's are attentive and hospitable. I love this place! The musicians, I mention last, but they are surely, not least, are wonderful. OMG! AWESOME! We really enjoyed ourselves.

James Gaiters quartet was Amazing! Highly recommend the brussel sprouts, burnt end brisket, and desserts especially the "mo butta blu."

Me and the misses ventured out for a date night and have no major knocks. She had the shrimp and grits which she dubbed as the best she has ever had. If you know my woman that's high praise! I had the chicken wing dinner with no sauce with baked beans and potato salad. No complaints whatsoever, everything was seasoned well and very good. The highlight was the band as they were very friendly and the music was good. We will definitely return!

I absolutely enjoyed myself & the food was amazing I had the jerk lamp chops & they was so tender cooked perfectly for my sides I had baked beans & coleslaw 🔥 the jazz band was also on point. The atmosphere was filled with so much much culture from the set up to the pictures on the walls I’ll definitely be back & will be bringing friends

It was all good vibes nice crowd not to many people. And the food was really good had chicken wings and jerk chicken Pasta it was 😋 😋 and the live jazz band was cool perfect place to take friends or a significant other and enjoy the vibe...

This place was amazing. It made our trip to Ohio worth while. I had the shrimp and grits and it was amazing. The local talent they had their on the Thursday nights is when to go. Nothing against the other talen but I am vouching for the Jesse Powell experience on Thiesday nights.

My first time going was last weekend and I loved the experience. The food was great, the music was wonderful and I loved the atmosphere. I would highly recommend and will be returning soon!

Always one of my favorite stops in the city. The staff is top flight, attentive and professional. Food, drinks and entertainment are always on point. So very cool. Stop by when you get the chance.

Went to this place on September 1st after my dinner at the Top Steakhouse. I've lived in Columbus forever and have never been here and all I have to say was a service was top-notch. The music was great and I look forward to becoming a frequent visitor to this establishment.

Checked out the Blu Note Jazz Cafe last night on Main St in Bexley. The wings were phenomenal, I got the garlic parmesan with extra sauce, and my sides were green beans and cajun corn. The drinks were great, the owners were super personable and friendly, we got great service from Tiffany, it was a fantastic night! They also have an enclosed patio so that was a plus! You can still hear the band, but have less volume so you can talk freely amongst your friends!

Such an amazing place. The staff, food and most importantly the music was so great. I will definitely be back soon.

Very nice place to hear great live performances, eat good and chill. Me and my wife have been here about 5 times and not once disappointed! There is a wide range of ages that I've seen. Hard working staff!

We went to this lounge and enjoyed live jazz for my daughter birthday 🎊🎂.We were all very pleased with the atmosphere and service.The band was phenomenal.We didn't get any food but theenu was out of this 🌍 world.A must try!!!!Come and enjoy!

Such a cozy, intimate place with great food,great service and great music. Will definitely be back. A great place to take your family and friends for a celebration.

This is a true hidden gem of Columbus, Ohio. Live Jazz Band in a quaint ambiance. A perfect spot for a date night and just a solo vibe.... Enjoyed this visit from 2hrs away

This is a great little restaurant/bar. I was invited by my girlfriend's. I will definitely return soon.
