The UPS Store

This is the only store that I feel safe mailing packages to my son in Chicago. I no longer trust the Post Office. The employees at my UPS store know me by my first name and are always glad to see me. The employees are efficient and always friendly. They feel like family to me.

I love this UPS Store! I work from home so I frequent this location weekly for my work and personal business needs. Its always a pleasure to see especially Brian, but all the staff members who are always friendly, efficient, and great with getting you in and out in a timely manner. Thank you UPS Store #2173, for making doing business much easier

I can’t thank this staff/store enough for the assistance they provided for a large last minute print job. They helped reformat the file I brought it so it would print properly and were able to knockout 1,000 high quality pages, front and back, in no time. I am thankful that this is my local store. They always are kind & helpful.

The employees are always very friendly and get things done quickly! Definitely better than other UPS stores.

I never have issues when I come to this location. Everyone is friendly, fast service and they’re happy to help you when you need it.

Really appreciate the professionalism and how they really focus on helping the customers despite it being many customers. They are patient and kind. I live in Polaris but drive to this location because the customer service is 10 all across. I had a lot of court documents needing to be notarized and the guy was very patient and helpful.

I am convinced that it is the human factor that ultimately creates an ideal service.
The logistical wherewithal is undoubtedly important, but, in addition to that, it the right human presence that turns the magic switch.
Chris Spann and his superb team (Bryon, Leslie and others) are a testament to that! They are always attentive to detail, courteous, helpful, hardworking and extremely professional in every sense of the word!

I Do a lot of online shopping and at times I'm usually still at work or often running errands. I have had packages stolen off my doorstep a couple of times and I needed a change. I found out I can have my packages delivered to this UPS store for a small fee of $5. What an awesome service! This saves me so much trouble and I know my items are safe and secure. The staff here is incredible and friendly. They're always ready to help with whatever your mailing, shipping or delivery needs are. I'm grateful that UPS has this service in place for people who need a little help.

From my experience, every employee at this store is knowledgeable and professional. They have a great thing going and this is a great example as to how every business could aspire to function effectively. These are the fundamentals that the UPS I grew up with was built upon.

I struggled finding a notary at the UPS store close from my home, but from the very first contact on the phone they were very attentive and informed me of the times they’re available to notarize. Once there they pointed a typo on my documents and we’re very helpful and patient while I sorted this out. All the staff is very friendly and very diligent.

Staff say hello as soon as you enter and they’re always very pleasant and quick!

The staff of THIS Store have ALWAYS been professional, knowledgeable, helpful. One rarely has to wait long for service. In fact, many times I've witnessed them multi-tasking to serve two or three customers at a time- copying, measuring and weighing for mailing, and faxing.... ringing up supplies. The employees at this location are appreciated: 3600 Eat Main Street.

Want to compliment Qiana publicly who works at this UPS store. She is always very swift and professional no matter how busy or backed up they are. Qiana keeps the line moving and is very knowledgeable and pleasant. It is evident she is very much a leader when working with others. You can tell she appreciates her job (as mundane as it can get at times) and is very efficient with great customer service skills.

Shout out to Ms. Bianca. She is professional, helpful and accommodating of each customer's needs. Her demeanor was pleasant with every transaction as I was fourth in line. It was quite refreshing to be witness to such customer service, especially these days. Well done!

I had to do a repair return to amazon. Truth is,
I had been dragging my feet as I didn’t want to stand in a long line and not be helped as I knew I would need it. I was WRONG! There was a line but the 2 employees worked quickly & efficiently and before I realized, I was next.
Ashley helped me and she was Outstanding!! I handed her my box w 3 different labels and she systematically put everything where it needed to go and was personable and kind. My son was w me and he noticed the slide out top and she took the time to explain that it’s there for pple in wheelchairs because the desk might be too high.
5 stars for Ashley and my experience at the store. Next time, I will not drag my feet but be happy to return!!

They're always friendly and very helpful to me
