The technician was professional and personable. He took the time to explain the process to me in great detail. Please note, that I was at a juncture of canceling the/ my service contract with Terminix. I felt less likely to cancel because of his thoroughness and competent replies to my questions. I will continue services based on his reasonable answers, including looking at it from the perspective of maintaining an insurance policy and as a selling point.

Despite living in Georgia, I contacted Terminix in Ohio to help a family member treat their property.

The two exterminators were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer my family’s questions and set up an affordable plan for immediate treatment and continued preventive service moving forward.

There may be some minor difficulty getting an initial appointment scheduled due to the lack of professionals in the Hillsboro area, but they are worth the wait.

Bill is very professional and friendly in working with us. He does a very thorough job.

My technician communicates well - when my service is upcoming, findings during treatment, any additional information he feels i may find valuable. He also helped with additional services I needed that could be supplied by Terminix.

the Terminix team just comes home every year and checks and makes sure all the stations they installed are functioning well and tops them off. No hassle which is how i like it
