Great local store for tennis and pickleball supplies. Staff was very helpful with picking a pair of shoes that worked for me.

Responsive customer service! Emailed them to let them know my racquet had arrived with a chip in it and mentioned I was traveling to Cincinnati for vacation. They called me about 5 minutes later and had a new racquet waiting for me when I arrived. Great deal on demo racquets, many which look unused in store.

These guys have tons of stuff and they are extremely knowledgeable. Listen up if you are joining the Pickleball craze you need to go here. They have every racket or paddle you could want. Better they will let you try one for $5 for 5 days. Take them up on this and when you buy they apply it to your purchase. They are competitively priced against Amazon but they will let you try first. Next if you are playing and notice foot pain or leg pain you need court shoes. Do not blow out your Achilles tendon. They have a great selection of court shoes but do they really make a difference? The answer is yes, I bought a pair, they were on sale about $75. I have been playing in my Ons, or Stan Smiths but the Ons don't give enough support and the Smiths just seem heavy. The fit me for a new pair and 2 days later all the pain is gone. I feel great and move well. CHECK THESE GUYS OUT FIRST.

I called to check that a pair of shoes I wanted was in stock. I had previously ordered these same shoes from another company in TX that didn’t bother to tell me that the shoes they said were in stock actually weren’t and they hadn’t refunded my money. No problems here though. I ordered one day and had them at my door the next. Great customer service and fast shipping. I will definitely order from here again.

I always have a great experience with Tennis Point. I live in Indianapolis, but continue to order here because of their customer service and shipping speed. For example, I ordered a racquet this week on Monday. It was strung and to my doorstep by Wednesday! The sales rep was knowledgeable on hybrid string advice as well.

This is the update version of my review: The price is good (lower than the other online stores) and the tennis shoes we bought are of high quality. Buying shoes online is tricky because they don't always fit. Return process with Midwest is very easy because they sent me return labels (I can also print the label online). The only thing that needs to be improved is that it took me a while to get the full refund back for the items I returned. I contacted the customer service several times and eventually I did get my full refund.

The go-to shop for all my tennis needs! Speaking as a 3.5-4 skill player, but starting at 2.5, they are great for any skill level. Very friendly staff, excellent selection, and great prices all the way through. From buying my first racquet there 8 years ago, to getting an upgrade this year, they continue to be the best! Highly recommend for anyone, even out of state and looking to purchase online.

For a lot of years I've been buying my high-end Nike Tennis shoes from Midwest Sports. They frequently have great clearance sales. I'm very comfortable in my skin and don't mind hot pink tennis shoes, especially if they're a bit cheaper than usual.

Long story short, I placed an order last night and had issues with the free shipping. I received a call already this morning that they took care of it and upgraded my shipping! I missed the call so did not get a chance to say thank you! I have ordered a couple times from here and they have a big selection and good prices!

Ordered a pair of shoes online, after a few days of not receiving a confirmation I called and checked on the order. Upon review the customer service representative took responsibility, apologized and expedited the shipping process. Great customer service!
