Jersey Mike's Subs

Brought someone with a severe gluten allergy to this location and the employees went above and beyond to ensure she had a safe experience including cleaning all surfaces and tools and using separate gloves, knives, surfaces, etc. Truly 12/10 service. Great food too.

The food is pretty good, but the staff is amazing. Everyone there is so kind :) there was a slight mix-up with the order but they fixed it for me and were super nice about it!

When you've got a craving for a Philly Cheesesteak and you're not in Philadelphia, Jersey Mike's is the next best thing. Onions and peppers are chopped with the beef right on the grill. Provolone (by request) added at the end, then all scooped into a perfect white or wheat bun. They have a pretty good rewards program too.

There was only one individual working when I came in around 10:30 am on a Friday. The person not only was taking orders and making them in reasonable time, he was also fulfilling online orders and his daily tasks in the back. He handled it with calm and ease and the food was fantastic. He was also very pleasant to speak with. Great customer service!!!

Staff is always super sweet. Especially the older gentleman that works on evening shift. Always gives the most genuine smiles. Only problem I've ever had is their phone doesn't work.

I ate a delicious submarine sandwich earlier today [11-2-2022] at Jersey Mike's Subs at 1293 W. Lane Ave., only a few feet east of Upper Arlington and almost exactly where the Fiesta Lanes bowling alley [at 1291 W. Lane Ave.] had been located between 1958 and 2000.

My food choice for today had been #13, "The Original Italian," provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. I had ordered my sandwich "prepared "Mike's Way®," with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and spice.

Having eaten previously at a different Jersey Mike's Subs [at 1666 N. High St. in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus], I had expected that my sandwich would be delicious; it had been absolutely delicious and also had been quite filling.

They slice the meat and cheese immediately after the sandwich has been ordered so everything is absolutely fresh.

This location of Jersey Mike's Subs is completely surrounded by construction right now, including the [Upper] Arlington Gateway Project [to the west] and a new building that is being built immediately east of the Edison Joining Technology Center.

Thankfully, pedestrians like me are still able to walk easily from the northwest corner of the parking lot of the Edison Joining Technology Center to Jersey Mike's Subs and other nearby businesses.

I had arrived at Jersey Mike's Subs only a few minutes before the lunch hour. I had already ordered and had received my food and had found a table and had started to eat and then the restaurant filled up quickly with construction workers wearing fluorescent vests.

Once the [Upper] Arlington Gateway Project [to the west] is completed, I am certain that that location of Jersey Mike's Subs will be more "pedestrian-friendly" and that it will be easier [and safer] for people to walk there from Upper Arlington and then to walk back to Upper Arlington.

If you are looking for a delicious submarine sandwich [there are many choices], I strongly recommend Jersey Mike's Subs [at 1293 W. Lane Ave. and elsewhere].

Fast, kinda friendly, but great sandwiches.

Not sure about other Jersey Mike's but this one has my thumbs up! We decided to patronize Jersey Mike's because of their inspiring, heartfelt donations of food to thousands of people in need, and I must say, we were pleasantly surprised. Their Philly Cheese Steak with sweet grilled onions was a cut above the rest. And the staff made us feel like they were working that grill exclusively for us. Don't let the way the place looks fool you. This Jersey Mike's is worth a try!

There are several very good places in Columbus to get a good sub but my favorite is Jersey Mike's. They taste like my youth; I grew up in Central Jersey, and this sub, the #13 Mike's Way, that's the one, that's the taste, that's what I want!
And the folk that work at the shop, wonderful... Courteous, friendly, speedy quick, the orders have always been exactly what I've requested. I like this place!

Our office bought 2 catering boxes - it worked out very well, we have a wide mix of people and with the verity it all worked out. The boxes were ready when I arrived, they even took it out to the van for me. It was great service and the employees of Signcom enjoyed the party. I forgot to get a receipt and called the store. The person was able to help me right away and sent a copy of the receipt to my phone. We will use them again!

They finally have gluten-free buns so my two girls for the first time in their life were able to try a sub and they loved it. The staff were able to work with my picky girls to get them exactly what they wanted to eat I could hardly believe they ate the whole thing. By a whole thing I'm in a regular much more food than my 9 year old or 11 year old would usually eat.

I went for lunch and was very busy but the store was well staffed and was able to get people through the line quickly. I can't find a better sub anywhere else. Meat and cheese sliced right in front of you! Delicious.

Great subs at a great price. The store is always very clean and inviting. The staff is on point and very freindly. Our food is always made to order and exactly as we asked for it to be made. We drive about 15 miles to eat here.

Great service, staff was very helpful and made me an amazing Italian sub. They sliced all the meat and cheese right in front of you and all the lettuce and tomato looked an tasted really fresh. Goodbye Subway!! Jersey Mike's ROCKS!!!

Guys making the sandwiches were incredibly friendly. Subs are standard jersey miles but the staff takes it up a notch.

Called in my order for a num 13 and a tuna both were delicious

Despite being busy, I was in and out in no time!

the staff is super friendly, the food is always great. no complaints except maybe the effect on my waistline from eating here so much.

Jersey Mike makes the most delicious subs. Quality ingredients, freshly made, friendly service. Great sandwiches
