I initially brought my puppy to Dr. Rice in 2023 to check on a few cysts, and she reassured me there was nothing to worry about. Surprisingly, the cysts vanished within a few weeks without the need for further intervention. While she could have recommended a lab test for confirmation, her honest suggestion saved both time and unnecessary expense. I truly value her integrity and professional judgment, and I'm eager to come back for routine visits. I highly recommend Dr. Rice to anyone who cherishes their furry companions and seeks trustworthy veterinary care.

Establishing A new veterinary relationship with them has been a very pleasant experience. They have handled my Airedale terrier’s wonderfully! They have a nice staff, nice facilities with a little yard. Location is very accessible to freeway.

Best Vet Ever! Issaquah Veterinary Hospital is really awesome. We moved to Fall City last year and got a Doberman puppy to add to our 9 year old lab mix. They have been *so* good and responsive, etc. taking care of both pups. I think we have seen all of the veterinarians and vet techs, and everyone has been outstanding!

I was pleased to meet our new veterinarian, Dr. Anna Aguirre at Issaquah Veterinary Hospital. She saw 2 of our cats for an annual wellness exam, Bean, (18 months) and Cosmo (14 years.) She found a dental issue with Cosmo, and discussed options for management. I appreciate the education and collaboration, so I can keep my elderly cat, Cosmo healthy. Thank you for the clear communication and kindness.

We trust Dr Z with our most precious family members. If we moved out of state we'd still bring the pups back here for their shots and care. Every dog has unique challenges and this vet is great at treating both routine and emergencies, with great follow up after a visit, and also helps us raise pets to have lifelong vitality and heath. Always very kind and attentive. They truly take their time and listen to pet parents' concerns and questions. They have been attentive to our dogs limits and do not push. I highly recommend.

Really nice team! Took the time to go through all of our concerns and questions as our pups were new "patients". The doctor and tech were both knowledgeable and acted very caring towards our furbabes. Super happy we found this office!

I went to Dr Rice years ago in Maple Valley and was very impressed with her level of care. The practice changed a LOT and she was no longer there. I left, tried several vets, then briefly consulted with her about a previous dog while she was at Issaquah Veterinary Hospital. I stayed with my vet at the time but 9 years later with new dogs, we chose IVH. She is by far the best vet I have ever been to and I have been to many. I finally feel confident in my veterinarian.

The staff here were so kind, and so informative. When my boy needed emergency surgeries they not only helped me find some nice fund raising communities to help pay for it.

Wonderful vet and staff! Took my dog for an issue and my dog is anxious at the vet generally. They had a calm mood and very good with handling her. They gave me options and educated me on the issue. Didnt try to pressure me into buying anything! Made sure I understood what was going on, and over all exceptionally friendly people. As a person who is new to the area, I'm happy I found a vet I can rely on and call them my home vet from here on out. They got me in quick even with the holidays.

Great place with friendly staff. There pick up/drop off policy is so much easier than I've experienced from your veterinarians. A little hard to find but it's very centrally located.

We've been taking our golden doodle puppy here for the last four months. They do a great job each time and always follow up. Our pup absolutely loves going there.

We've been taking our Alaskan Malamute to Dr. Rice for a few years now. We first saw her based on word of mouth, which says a lot about how good she is. She's great with our girl--she is patient and kind, but importantly is also super efficient and gets to the heart of the matter at hand without being thoughtless or rude. She's helped our girl so many times and provides excellent individual attention to her and has great communication with us. We also love that she's a holistic-focused and trained vet who advocates (or at least isn't adverse to) raw diets.

Issaquah Veterinary Hospital has a solid group of professionals on rotation.

I really appreciate how caring they are to the pets as well. I haven't seen my cat as comfortable with two other city vet clinics, as much as this one.

Their covid setup is excellent too. You park in a stall, text/call a number and they instruct how they'll call back to discuss any problems, and then come pickup your pet. You then get to talk to the doctor again after the exam, and submit payment info to the front desk. Then, they drop off your pet to the car.

It's really just perfect.

Best vet we have gone to! They are amazing, patient, caring, and calm. Unlike another vet they listened when we said something was wrong with our dog. They took time with us on each appointment and never rushed. And it is so obvious they are there for the animals. Dr. Davies gets down on the floor for the exam and to pet our dog and connect with him. We feel confident going there that our pup will get the best treatment.

We've been going to IVH for 20+ years with 3 different furry friends. All the vets and staff are wonderful & we've always been very happy here. But today, Dr. Rice blew our expectations out of the water. Our senior golden, Lucy, has cancer and it's been really tough during pandemic, not being able to be inside during exams. Today, Dr. Rice came outside and did Lucy's exam in their park so we could be with her. We always appreciate Dr. Rice's compassion & patience. And the good news is, Lucy's going to be with us a while longer! Thanks to the entire staff at IVH for taking such good care of our entire family!

Great local veterinary clinic, with attentive personnel who loves and cares about dogs. They’ve taken care of our Border Collie since he was 8 weeks old.

I've been coming here for over 15 years and had multiple surgeries/teeth cleanings preformed on my dogs. The cost for each procedure has always been at the lower end of the regional average. They are one of the last independent veterinary hospitals in this area!
