Jay and the team were very helpful in finding me an affordable solution for a much-needed battery replacement and oil change! Jay's customer service and communication goes above and beyond. Rad Air Akron has great attention to detail, with a full overview of my car's health at pick-up. Got my car serviced and back within a couple of hours. Will definitely be returning for future auto service needs!

Oh boy, where to begin! I cannot recommend RadAir enough, from start to finish, Jay and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me in getting my car repaired, from scouring for affordable parts to making sure my repairs were as affordable as he could possibly make them for me, a broke college student who’s just doing her best to get by. He even had one of his employees drive me back home after my car was towed to his shop which was the sweetest gesture ever for me in an incredibly stressful situation. Life happens sometimes and emergency car repairs are needed, but Jay and his team made it as painless as possible from start to finish. Thank you guys SO much!!

These people are awesome. I was having a problem with my car and I was traveling with my five year-old grandson. I pulled up to their shop to find out what was the matter with my car they gave me and my grandson a ride home which I greatly appreciate it and then once they figured out what was the matter with my carit was a simple fix and he did not charge me which I gracefully appreciate it because right now I’m strapped for cash everyone that I’ve encountered that worked. Jay and the team helped me out in a bind when my car ran into several issues a couple weeks ago. They received my vehicle day of, and had a very quick turnaround considering the work done. Jay was professional and communicative and I felt as though he was being very candid about the work that needed done to get my car roadworthy. Will be returning when my car runs into issues in the future.

I cannot commend this business enough for how professional and accommodating they were to me. My wife's vehicle had a slow leak from a nail in the tire. As busy as I saw they were, they were able to get me in for an early appointment next day to get it all worked out. They were so quick and efficient. This is definitely the place to go for your auto repair needs. Highly recommended!

I had an outer tie rod replaced a few days ago and the difference it made in my car has been insurmountable. Not only that but the kindness, professionalism, and engaging conversation with John and Quenton was so engaging that it made the time go by quickly. They made sure everything was set to go with my car and follow up to make sure that everything is going as it should. That is something I've never experienced with any mechanic I've had work on my car and shows they truly care about your experience as well as to make sure the quality of their work is satisfactory. I will be taking my car to them for any other needs after this great experience.

Oil change takes some time, but it's worth it. They let you know if anything else is going on and they're ready with options. They provide clear concise information, and service at a more than reasonable price.

We needed service concerning the battery/alternator in our car and I called late in the afternoon just before they closed and John was able to get the car in first thing the next morning and the car was serviced and ready to go that same afternoon. John was very pleasant to work with and we were very appreciative of the service. We would highly recommend this business.

I actually didn’t even use their services but called to corroborate what the dealer was charging me and the gentleman who answered was extremely honest and helpful. I did end up going with the dealer because it was such a common problem with my make and model but I would highly recommend this garage solely based on how up front and helpful this guy was on the phone.

I met with John very nice gentleman. My car had a very bad issue could not drive it so I had it towed to there place of business in two days my vehicle was back on the road these guys are very good mechanics I would recommend this place to anyone that needs car repair. I think this shop has genuinely good people working here. Pleased with the customer service. Told them I wasn't financially secure at the moment and they introduced me to a payment program they have. Will be back.

John and the team took great care of my car. I attempted to come in on a Thursday, and when they weren’t able to get me in, I was able to bring it back first thing the next morning and they fixed it right away. I had a nail of some kind in my tire, which they removed and plugged the hole of. I also got a full synthetic oil change, which I felt was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.
