Well to start I am not one who likes to go to a dentisr, but after my first visit with Dr. Block , it changed my out look , he is a great dentist and very knowledgeable in what he does, I very much recommend him for your dentist, you will be happy.
(Dr. Block call him Bob) and his wife Kim who works at the front desk are both wonderful! And his
staff is also great! So if looking for a dentist call Dr. Block !!!

Doctor Block is wonderful. If you are looking for a kind, gentle, positive, informative, professional and talented dentist, he’s in Willoughby. Each time I arrive for an appointment his office staff, Michele and Shelly always greet you with a smile and are very organized and caring. They work directly with the insurance providers, which saves me time and effort. Doctor Blocks wife Kim has all of the above traits as well and completes his awesome team. The office is immaculate and they are all very good at keeping the scheduled appointment time which is very impressive. Look no further if you need great dental care at affordable prices.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Block for years and he is the most gentle and best dentist we have ever been to. My husband refuses to go to anyone else, My children and I all love the way he takes care of our teeth and helps us to better take care of our teeth. He is very professional and kind this is my favorite dentist, I have had prior ones but Dr. Block is the best. He makes my family feel very comfortable esp my husband , and he takes very good care of my sons. His staff is very good to, they explain every thing they do before doing it and are really concerned with our comfort level. We will continue to come here for a long time

The atmosphere here is very welcoming and inviting. And Dr. Block does an amazing job walking you through the process and treatments being done and does all this with a smile!

There are not enough stars! Dr Block is one of the most amazing dentists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He’s an educator, excellent Dentist, amazing communicator , as well as great patience for whatever your needs may be .Fillings, crowns, or implants Dr Block will not disappoint. We've been seeing Dr Robert Block for years and the customer care and dental work is always top notch. He and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and take time to make sure you understand exactly what is going on in your mouth. There's nothing more I could ask of a dental professional.

Dr. Block makes you feel like you have known him forever. He and his staff are very professional and they will explain everything to you during your office visit with them. His offices are very roomy and very clean and comfortable. I have recommend him to all of my friends and family.

The team in Willoughby is great. Dr. Block patiently discussed pros and cons of different treatment options, allowing me to choose the best path forward.

Dr Block took over the practice of my dentist who unfortunately passed away. I went in with an open mind to give this a chance mainly because I love my hygienist. Dr. Block was knowledgeable and friendly but honestly nowhere near as gentle as my previous dentist. I had bruising around my mouth that I've never had before after having filling work done. It didn't help that at one point I had 3 people in my mouth(dentist, assistant and student assistant). And don't even get me started on the billing issues. My claims were filed incorrectly from the start. Including one that Kim neglected to update who the insurance needed to pay the claim to causing it to go into my previous dentist's account. And she continues to try to bill me for that portion of the bill. I've had to take my time to call the insurance company to see if they can get it corrected. For her error! With all this I was considering looking for a new dentist but when my hygienist left, there was no doubt in my mind I would find a new dentist. I really wanted it to work out as the location works well for me but for me I have to be able to have 110% trust in my dentist and the office. My trust was broken from the start and the problems persisted so I cannot give them a good review.
