Nate, Cesar and Clark were awesome! They came out one day, took a look at my issue (standing water in the crawlspace) and were able to come back the next day and take care of business. This quick work made it possible for the plumber to come out and replace the sump pump - very important in the rainy season. I was in the midst of recovering from a fairly serious surgery so I was really not capable of doing much to help. They were professional, jovial, and made me laugh. Highly recommend.

Big shout out to Washington Restorers! I had an upstairs bathroom leak and they came the very day I called. The crew Mike, Cesar, JC and Karl were friendly, courteous and respectful to my house and family. They always called when they were in route and were very timely. Now that everything is dry I can move on to the restoration of my home confident there will be no mold.

My brother, who is a plumber, recommended Washington Restorer to help us address flooding in our house. Carl & crew were thorough in their work & took the time to walk us the what was happening on site so we were comfortable that everything that needed to be done was done. We had a water leak involving two bathrooms and a rec room. Mitchel and Michael performed the water mitigation service to our home. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and customer focused. They called each morning 30 min prior to arriving to the scheduled appointment time. They kept their work areas clean, and answered any questions we had.
I hope we do not have this issue again, but if we do, we will be using Washington Restorer.

Karl and Nate were here late on a Friday night very soon after we called to get help with flooding in our basement. They stayed until things were stabilized. Karl and Nate made two more trips to ensure that things were dry. They were very polite and professional. Tony from the office also came out and interacted with our insurance company and explained everything we needed to do. We highly recommend this company.

Mitchell and John are very easy to work with and turned a disaster into a positive experience. They always called before the arrival, they were prompt and courteous. They did a thorough and honest assessment of all the damage caused by a category 3 , toilet back up. Their quick attention to the situation prevented further damage. I highly recommend this company for mitigation and claims on property damage caused by water.

Clark, Mitchell, Karl, and Michael that came to our house were prompt, called before they arrived, built a massive containment in our kitchen with vaulted ceilings, and cleaned up everyday before the left for the day.
