Boot Barn

I had a very pleasant experience at this store. I walked in looking for a specific boot, but the store didn't have it. Instead, they helped me try on a similar boot and then placed the order for the boots I wanted and had them shipped directly to my house. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Debbie was awesome I believe she was the manager. She was helpful kind and courteous. Would definitely be buying my future pair of boots from them again.

First time in this store and it was excellent! Amazing range of boots, hats and clothes. Staff very attentive and helpful. Bought a pair of Ariats, couple of wrangler shirts and a hat. Tried a bunch on and the sales assistant knew his stuff and was extremely helpful. Can’t wait to go back at some point. Can’t recommend more highly!

Amazing store, very well stocked and organized, the staff was welcoming and helpful. They honestly have a lot of variety, I haven't staid in a store wondering for a while like I did today.

I was really surprised to see a store of this quality in Fife. Huge selection of boots, western ware and clothing. I got a very nice pair of “Made In the USA” Thorogood boots … which are sewn by Amish in PA and finished in a factory In Wisconsin by artisans - quintessential Americans. Super great fitting boot - 1957 work boots … I’m real happy with them.

Nice selection, helpful staff. And they know their stuff about fitting you. Boots can be hard if your a noob. They will straighten you out! Cowboy boots that fit right amazingly comfy!! Yeeeehaaaw!!

I never been to a boot barn before and I feel like I’ve been missing out. They have really good quality clothing here and the staff is really helpful. The manager he is fine as hell. Knock them boots! Sexy western cowboy 🤠 😝

The store manager Mike was absolutely amazing. So incredibly helpful answering all the questions I had. He even went out of his way to inform me about upcoming new stores up north! I couldn't be happier with my experience at this store. Someone give that boy a raise. ♡

Mike was so helpful! I went in to get a hat for my dad but wasn’t too sure what I was looking for. Mike went thru everything with me & made sure I understand. He also gave me tips to take care of the hat, etc. He greets every customer with kindness & really does care that every customer needs are met and taken care of :)

I came in to your store last Sunday. I came in looking for what boot options this chubby calf lady could wear… I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jeslyn. Her knowledge and kindness was a wonderful breathe of fresh air! You have an amazing employee in your store!!! I will be back to do more business with her very soon!!! The Fife Store is HUGE! Lots of selections regardless of your interest in question! STAFF IS AMAZING!! Prices are most impressive! Hassle free on returning items!!

The ladies who work here were super nice and helpful. Step by step help with picking out and trying on boots. They placed a special order for my boots on a Monday and I had them by that Friday. Super respectful of my wild children and first class service all the way! They open the door and welcome you instantly. The stores is clean and well organized. I’m taking my momma back tomorrow for her birthday!

Had just got a nice pair of Danner boots less than a month ago and the sole started to delaminate in the toe area. Which in the future I'll remember to make sure it is also sown together. But couldn't find my receipt and was worried my sale didn't get entered under my phone number and I'd be S.O.L., or that they were gonna be dumb about the return in general. Which it started to look that way but in the end they were cool, it was quick and I didn't get to be made to feel like I was doing something I shouldn't be(thanks to all the retail theft and fraudulent returns I would problem look at everyone like they're up to something....ha) But it was easy and8th they we're respectful-Thanks Boot Barn

If you've never been here you have to go! For western wear, boots, and accessories they are amazing. I would have bought out the whole store

Nice well stocked store. Excellent selection of cowboy boots, helpful and caring staff. I picked up an online order, ended up buying some bracelets. I highly recommend taking the drive to the Boot Barn. Plenty of parking, come on down!!

Thanks for the great service. I went in to get a boot stretched. Everyone was kind and attentive. Bought some cool jeans. The boot fit pretty well after it was stretched. Good selection and friendly, helpful staff. I'd definitely go back.
