5 stars are not enough to rate the Kitsap mobile home outfitter. Aimee and Tristen were quick to help me find a new cartridge for my leaky tub faucet. After I emailed the photo of the old one that my plumber removed for comparison, she located the matching cartridge and emailed a high resolution photo, which matched mine. They did all this on a saturday, getting it to UPS for delivery to my house the following Monday. The price was better for ups delivery and the product than any other similar parts at other online stores. I was able to save hundreds of dollars in avoiding the labor charge of cutting into the wall behind the faucet to replace the whole unit. My plumber says it would cost a minimum of $400, not including the new faucet. The cartridge and the 2 day ups delivery came to under $20. Before the delivery went out, I called to add another set for the other bathtub for future replacement, since the delivery cost did not increase for 2 instead of 1. I hope they keep the same staff and inventory for all my needs while living here.

Jan and I recently needed some major repairs and updates in a manufactured home. So, we walked into Kitsap Mobile Home Outfitters and approached the woman behind the desk, Aimee, who is the store manager. Aimee listened intently to our descriptions. She immediately grasped the issues and, in a low-key and non-sales pitch manner, showed us material options and gave helpful suggestions. She also quickly came up with a cost estimate. It continued to be a delight working with her and the store moving forward.

Great service. Great prices. If you are remodeling an older manufactured home check out their supplies. Used cabinet doors, new cabinets, trim, hard to find vent fan covers, forced air heat vent covers, showers, used and new doors...etc.

I highly recommend Kitsap Mobile Home Outfitters for any home improvement or repair needs. They have always been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with a large variety of products in stock for most any project for in sizes produced to fit or made specific for mobile homes. They are now my first stop for my diy home honey do list!

Already been waiting for 6 days with no hot water and had 2 Plummers, PSE, and the Fire Department out to my manufactured home for carbon monoxide fumes coming from the gas water heater. The Fire Department had shut off the gas and water. No one had any good solutions or suggestions for me and could not solve my problem! I knew that the 14-year-old water heater needed to be replaced! Finally, I thought to call Kitsap Mobile Home Store and after relaying my weeklong saga, Kristen suggested I call Eddie at AVE Construction.

Not my first conversation with Kristen and she did not steer me wrong! I did call Eddie at AVE Construction and he was Amazing! He heard my frustration and understood my situation and even though they do not service my area, my problems were resolved THAT DAY! Eddie sent Trey and a new water heater was installed.

They have everything you could possibly need for your mobile home. We do not have a mobile home but went there to look at flooring to go over the concrete floor in our attached garage to convert it into a room. They have a high quality flooring in many shades to fit your needs. The lady that owns it is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had 19 windows and 1 sliding glass door installed of this same type by the same Proprietor. There was a noticeable energy savings last year on my electric bill. Plus these windows netted me a rebate from PSE at the time. The warmth in my home was a welcoming comfort during the winter months. During the summer months the sun’s glare is reflected away from the windows. Chad and his professional and careful crew are very respectful of your needs and your home. They aim to please and their attitude and cleanup are an added ‘free bonus’. Your only regret is not giving them a call!

Outstanding customer service. Chad is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have all the unique parts needed for maintaining manufactured homes of any age.

Just good people plain and simple. Really wish I could visit them once and not have some story about the latest disaster we've had with our house. Helpful, happy and all around good experiences.
