Not the fastest service but it is sometimes more affordable. I like their delivery options. My packages have always been delivered on time or as expected

Fast & efficient. Not sure what these bad reviewers are talking about. 90% of the time there are NO lines at this post office. Like any other post office expect lines on Monday morning's and at Christmas time. Plan your visits accordingly, not only for you, but also for the postal workers. We have an online business and ship packages EVERYDAY out of this post office. Packages addressed to West Coast destinations, Calif, etc often are delivered the very next day. One day delivery, you couldn't ask for better service! and in the 5yrs we've used this post office they've NEVER lost a package. Fast & efficient.

I had a few packages to mail and one was kind of big and I forgot to tape the top..super unprepared. They don’t sell tape and maybe they aren’t “supposed “ to help, but she did anyway. I didn’t expect it, but that was very kind of her. Wish I’d seen her name. Also great pricing. Much better than anywhere else.

I have been using this post office for over 20 years and always find the staff professional, kind, and courteous. Phil always makes an effort to be personable and helpful.

Home delivery of packages is actually handled out of a different post office on the other side of town for at least the last 10 years, and they may be responsible for the couriers as well; at least for my route which is only 5 mins from this Sylavn Way post office and at least 20 mins to the other one. Why they changed, I dont know. Perhaps bc the other one is larger.

I love this post office and I’m so glad I live 5 minutes away. I usually see Phil, and he’s been nothing but incredible. He’s very friendly and he’s nice to my 6 year old. Pricing is better than any other shipping service in my experience.

I don't understand the negative reviews, I think are being too critical and not picky. I have done business at this location for years, the same people work there still, and they have always been courteous and offered good customer service.

It's the post office. Besides, the guy that's usually here is as good as it gets. Nice, honest😁, and willing to help.
