My parents and I worked with Tracey and Corrine to get their beautiful little farm ready for sale (and finally sold). This was a challenging property to get prepared, but Tracey really helped us with great advice, guidance and communication throughout the whole process. Once it was ready for market and listed her communication with us was outstanding. I can honestly say that working with Tracey and Corrine was one of the best business transactions I've ever been involved in. I can't imagine a better real estate agent than Tracey Hall. If I could give her six stars, I would!!

I have never been more happy to leave a review. Selling a home (not a house) is always difficult. However, for my family it was a very trying time. The comfort and ease of not only navigating a new beginning and closing an end has never been so seamless. Tracey and Shelley not only provided seven star service they were compassionate and calculated in their Realestate moves. 100% of the time they remained available for any questions. If there were doubts, I’m sure they would have been available 100% of the time. I am forever thankful for the connection made. Not only did the house sell fast! I felt good about the process. We met Tracey at an open house in March of 2018 and knew instantly that she was going to be a part of our lives by her warm and welcoming nature, little did we know at the time truly how amazing she is and how much impact she would have on our family! We listed and sold our home in Summer of 2018 and turned around and bought our forever home with her in December of 2018. My fiancé and I were looking for a house about three years ago but knew we were not financially ready to buy at that moment, but we wanted to get the process started! The first time I met Tracey, she was a first time client of mine (I’m a hairdresser) and we got to talking about what she does for work and naturally I told her about our situation. I asked her if it’s unrealistic for us to get the process started now even if we weren’t ready to buy. She reassured me that there is no pressure to do anything if we do not want to do it, she is just there to help us along the way. We told her everything we were looking for in our first home and she went above and beyond when it came to finding us example houses. She met with us for dinner and basically talked to us as if she was talking to her own children! She was very kind and compassionate to the fact we knew absolutely nothing besides the word “equity” and even sitting there we had no idea TRULY what it meant LOL. Tracey held our hands for almost a year and a half as we saved religiously and answered the phone if we had any questions... I mean she even picks up the phone 8am on a Sunday... now THATS reliable! When we were finally ready to look at houses, she walked the house with us and if there was anything we missed she would ask...
“Did you check the water?”
“Did you see if the light works?”
“Did you check to see if the door hinges are properly on?”
I mean we are in our twenties and didn’t even think to check and see if the water works... When I say she held our hand and protected us... SHE PROTECTED US. Her favorite memory of me is when I saw my bathroom tub... it sold me and she walked in and I’m laying across the tub... she looked at me and said “this is the house isn’t it?” We both said yes.

Now almost 2 years into our home, the value of our house has gone up by $80,000 and the area is booming in Bonney Lake. If it wasn’t for Tracey and her knowledge, we probably would have made A TON of mistakes and wouldn’t be in the position we are now if she wasn’t there for us the whole way.

Tracey is more than just a realtor. She is a motherly figure, soul sister and friend. We trust her with our whole life and never once did she expect anything in return. We love you Tracey!

Absolutely amazing realtor who helped me as a first time home buyer learn what to look for and what to look out for. She was able to walk me step by step through the process of what home to look for as well as all the paperwork associated with home buying.
