Oak Street branch. They have taken care of me, personally. Now going on over 25 years. Business and personal banking and lending. Could not ask for better personal service from a bank. And they are local.

I have been working with this bank branch for the past three years. They have always treated me very kindly and been helpful. Today I came in the branch and asked for some Small bills to be exchanged into larger bills. At other banks I’ve had to go through a lot of measures just to be able to do such a thing and today at this branch they were happy to help me without verifying that I was their customer even though none of them recognized me. I really appreciate their helpfulness even for a small little thing I asked for.

I do my business banking through Opportunity and have been extremely happy with the services they provide.

The lobby staff is always welcoming and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait, and if I do, it is brief! (Oak branch)

Opportunity bank has been excellent to work with for both my personal and business accounts. I feel they have taken time to get to know me and my company and they have been supportive in helping me grow my business.

The purposeful miss-pronouncing of my name and a lightly veiled insult of me will keep me from ever returning there. I had been a customer since 1988.

So I have been banking with this bank for a couple years. For the most part I have never had an issue with them, until I moved away. During the moving process my accounts overdrafted and I wasn’t able to pay the balance til I got my paycheck from my new job. When I called them to see if they can lower the overdraft fees and pay off my accounts. They told me they wouldn’t be able to lower my overdraft fees, and hug up the phone on me. I understand that they could not lower my fees. But it was very unprofessional of them to hang up on me when we were in the middle of coming up with a game plan for me to pay off my accounts and close them. So for anyone else that banks with them just be aware that they don’t have the greatest customer service, and will not be willing to work with you if things happen.

Opened an account two years ago. I log into my account online every three months or so just to check up on things. Without fail, I have been charged a $5 “undeliverable statement fee” each month because they can’t find my mailing address on file. I’ve called repeatedly to try and resolve this issue and each time I am told the issue has been fixed. Surprise! Logged into my account today, and after two long years I am still being charged this fee. I am at a complete and total loss as to why something with such a straight forward solution continues to occur.
I’ll be going into the bank tomorrow to close my accounts.
