Store Manager friendly & knowledgeable answering questions. He also apologized for a horrendous experience I had with the Best Buy Store Manager in Rockville with a product return. Customer-focused service matters! This Best Buy is my store of choice. Also, ample staffing of Best Buy associates to assist customers on the floor and at the register. Located in same shopping complied as Costco, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, etc.

I went to Best Buy in Pentagon I had the most amazing customer service experience today. The staff were extremely very nice. Dilion helped me with my laptop, He was very kind and nice. Sadia was very courteous, kind and very helpful. Jair was great and Very Helpful. Atesede was very patient and very knowledgeable. Costa at the front lane was amazing. This is the best store I have ever been. The stuff is very very nice. Thank you Best Buy for having such a great stuff. I will definitely make this my favorite store.

Marquise has been given don great training that is paying off. He is patient and extended great customer service to me today . The fact that he was able to show me the benefits of a Best By Credit Card that was convincing enough for me to apply for one and not delay my purchase of a $69 I-phone Magnetic Charger .

Writing to share about my awesome experience at the Pentagon Bestbuy store.
I went it to get my Samsung S22 Ultra screen fixed and was greeted and assisted quickly by Syed. His friendly demeanor was welcoming. His knowledge was impressive and very helpful.
To top it off the great customer service skills at this location were store wide with all of the employees. Saadia was equally as friendly and helpful. Giving me directions on where I needed to navigate to get the Geek Squad (GS) assistance my phone needed.
The GS employee continued the great experience by sharing my next steps to be successful with my phone repair.

I went to this Best Buy late at night looking to buy a new laptop. I was promptly greeted by an employee named Nathan who talked me through all of my options, explaining the pros and cons of each laptop. I had many questions but he had great answers for all of them. I finally decided on a laptop and also applied for a Best Buy credit card, but for some reason the application encountered an error. Nathan then spent the next 30 minutes (minimum) on the phone for me, past the stores closing time, trying to get the issue resolved. We finally learned that the whole thing was my fault, as I had typed in my SSN wrong! Of course Nathan, being an amazing employee with the patience of a saint, did not blame me for this and instead seemed genuinely happy to have the issue taken care of. Needless to say this was the best customer service I've received anywhere, and I hope Nathan gets the employee of the year award.

It was the service that mattered. I didn't have time. Someone noticed I was looking, as I was walking through the aisles. I needed a micro USB connector but didn't remember the name, so I explain the shape of the connector. She got me one and I was out of the store within minutes.

Best Buy is great as everybody who has ever gone to one knows. We stopped in to Best Buy to price some washers and dryers for our new home. They have fair pricing and what is even better is that they have a 4 week turn around time for the LG washer and dryer we are interested in. From what I hear from others, delivery for a washer and dryer is extremely delayed from most other companies. Having a 4 week turn around time is all the more reason for us to purchase our LG washer and dryer from Beat Buy.

Saadia was Best sales rep to help me get approved for my credit card and also got me my phone same day….. please give her a promotion or raise Excellent customer service very Great !!!!!!😎😎

What a easy process in buying an Apple MacBook Air. We first met with Dennis who was so informed about what options would work for us. He then assisted us in narrowing it down to our final selection and then he passed us off to Atsede, who is so sweet and professional. She spent a good amount of time explaining our options for Apple Care as well as Total Tech. Total Tech by Best Buy is the better option and the same price as Apple Care. Total Tech includes Apple Care and Best Buy’s coverage as well. A no brainer for us. It is also covers any future purchase we make within the 2 years of the warranty or so long as we renew it.

got a product with a protection plan.. are they bose headphones with the worn out fake leather? DEfinitely not repairable? And they're not gonna tell you it'll take 2 months for you to get your headphones back or to determine if they can replace them? This is the place for that level of convenience aka, actual customer service.. They won't make the condition of your headphones that are Bose that cost near $400 worse.. Go to this best buy for your products.. Do not go to the Best Buy in Wheaton on Georgia Ave.. They will destroy your stuff, then tell you that there's a one month wait to either replace or repair your Bose Headphones that cost $400 that they decided to cause more damage to. I dunno what's wrong with the MAryland location, but basically if it's a best buy in Virginia, go for it, the one in Pentagon City is the best one I've been to in the DMV region.. Again avoid the location in Wheaton.
