Target

I made an online purchase to pick up in store. Medford store was clean and organized. Staff were busy at the 'returns/pickup' counter but cheerful and methodical. My order was ready. Staff asked and then found a cart for me. professional service. will use again.

Always the same. They have plenty of hair products and the Medford location has a Starbucks. So that's cool. Everyone who works at the Medford location is very helpful and kind.

Target is by far my favorite store to shop at because of the wide selection of items and affordability of them. Sale prices are always exceptional, as is the friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the store, and layout of items.

We do not have a Target near my home town on the coast. Every time I come to Medford, I always go by Target, to get a few of my staple items that they always have at a good price and just to walk around the store to see what is new! Anytime I have needed assistance, their employees are always friendly and helpful!

I was asked to do a survey after a return and as I was complaining away I caught my self complaining about a product that didn’t work after purchase. It was not a target product. I wonder how many times do things get put onto the store that is not their fault. My guess is pretty often. I want to say that the employees were all polite and professional. I went in to do my return about an hour to closing. I did see 2 employees talking when I was walking in the doors but immediately they stopped, greeted me and one helped me and the other one was finishing up some work. My return took only a few minutes it was super easy and I was out the door. As I was walking out I heard the manager (team lead might be the title of her position) thanking the employees for their hard work and for working together as a team. She didn’t just tell one or two employees that were standing close by. She was telling them over the loud speaker or intercom system. It was so that every employee got a shout out and you could tell she meant it. I just thought it was a perfect way to end a shift and she is a great example for the other employees. Showing them you can be in a manager position and still treat co-workers as equals.

Target, you’d better take care of the employees here. Everyone I’ve come across who works here is kind, efficient, and on top of it. I use your drive up and stop by in store. Last time I came in with a bunch of diapers I didn’t need anymore. The employees at the Returns counter did everything they could to give me my money back. I was so happy I used the merchandise credit to buy more things from you. Thank you for making things easy, convenient and painless for shoppers.

Target is my favorite store! Clean, organized, well stocked and friendly employees. Their clothing quality has really gone up! I’m buying $25 sweaters that are nicer than $150 similar products at name brand elite stores.

I always love shopping at Target. The products are great, the shelves are pretty much always stocked and the employees are always helpful. I just bought a ton of new bedding and a computer table for an excellent price. There are some things that I won't buy here because I can save a lot of money going elsewhere, but especially on some of the home decor and clothes, they have a great selection, good quality and a decent price

While visiting my Target I needed to visit the pharmacy for four prescriptions, between my son and I. Two of which were new, and the process was a breeze. All four were filled within 30 minutes. During the time I was waiting for my prescriptions, I shopped for grocery items, hygiene items, clothing and household essentials. I found everything I needed and nothing was out of stock. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large range of meat substitute groceries, which can be hard to come by in our area. The cashier was wonderful, super friendly and kind. Great experience overall!

Great service on online order. I needed a few things while on a road trip & ordered online. I picked up 40 miles down the road with no waiting. First time using this service & was very impressed. Emails acknowledging order & to let me know when order was ready for pick-up.

I rarely think of Target and it isn't because I don't like them; they just don't come to mind. However, I bought a $400 item and in 2 weeks, had an issue with it. Called their toll-free Customer Service and they were super cool about returning it despite the fact I had no original box. Took it back to the store and they refunded it, no questions, no hassles, no troubles! I went ahead and just re-bought it since they had none in stock. I appreciate their awesome return policies. It makes me confident buying electronics from them will be smooth if a problem should arise.

LOVE Target Drive Up!!! We use it almost weekly to stock up on grocery/pantry items, toiletries, household, or even a last minute Birthday present. I love the easy-to-use Target App, the convenience of having my order brought out to me, and the speediness of the whole experience. If you click "on my way" before heading to the store, they are out to your car within 2 minutes with your order. What service!!

Found my items and had a great experience checking out. I had to wait for the terminal and all the area of the check out to be sanitized. Thats whats so great. Target works hard to allow shoppers some freedoms, but is protecting us from any germ or infection transmission. Thanks.

Easy to order and pickup. I was able to order this light bulb very easily. I had started to order it from a different local store; however, the check out process was very confusing and I couldn't figure out how to finalize the sale. Then I thought, hey, I'll try target!

So nice organized and upgraded. So bright and shiny inside. A lot has been updated yet its still almost organized as it was before. (Meaning the departments were not moved a lot keeping it easy to maneuver throughout the store while social distancing.

I love target. Every product is easy to find and they have a little of everything. They are affordable and innovative. Restrooms could use more attention . But personal and products are a 10.
