Kohl's

I purchased a winter vest that was on sale plus an extra 15% off. I called ahead to see if they had the color I wanted and in 2 different sizes since I wasn't sure what size would fit me. The cashier JoAnn held them for me. As my friend and I checked out, the kiosk wasn't responding correctly with my friends purchase. Very patiently cashier JoAnn continually worked with my friend for the final result to happen. If it was me I would have been frustrated. Then it was my turn to check out. My phone # wouldn't take so I put in another phone # that didn't take either. Cashier JoAnn said the phone # was to give me points. I said okay to sign me up to get points. Then I changed my mind on points so she cancelled it out. Then my friend used her phone # to give her the points. JoAnn is a trooper! I told her she was awesome and she said it was fun. Great cashier JoAnn...she was patient, smile on her face, and very helpful.

Most always the same friendly helpful associates. I always find something I can't pass up buying because of the prices and the discounts they offer and Kohls cash. Fun experience. I always spend hours more time than I go on expecting to.

I didn't have a kohl's card but had an account, they helped me find my numbers and charge the items easily and it was very smooth. The lady was very friendly as well! As good as it gets!!

They have an incredible deal going on right now cheapest I've ever seen clothes!

Not sure if I spell it right, but Jaice in the shoe department helped my sister and I so much! The most anyone ever has in that area in any store!!!! Same with Leslie in the area my sister needed help in. You two are incredible, and should teach customer service skills everywhere in the region. They deserve something good!

Our store, at the time has the best prices for a department store.

Employees are very friendly, returns super easy. Amazing bra selection, wish they had a wider variety of shoe styles & sizes though! Great sales & rewards program!

Many items were on sale, there was a large clearance rack (always fun to find a hidden treasure), and their clothing is good quality. I used a coupon for additional savings, and walked out of the store feeling I had gotten a good value for very nice items.

I was school shopping for my 3 oldest grandkids. I found everything easily, the cashier was friendly and very helpful.

Employees are always super friendly, and they don't mind doing their job (unlike at some other stores).
I always find what I am looking for, and then some! I shop here every couple of weeks, usually maxing out my card each time! LOL
I love this store because of the employees, as I always have a great shopping experience because of them!
Weekends seem to be the most busiest time to go--if you do not want to get mauled by other shoppers, then I suggest shopping during the week!
Also, when picking up items that I have ordered, I used the park and deliver to my car service, and it was great! It was fast, convenient, and every time the employee was super nice and friendly. 😊

The Kohl's here at the Rogue valley Mall is a pretty great store.
They have some good sales, and the coupons that you can use with them work out really good.
They have some wonderful employees, there is a lady named Jeanne who works there who has helped us several times, and is just a rock star of an employee!
In any case, stop by next time you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!
