Walmart Supercenter

Cashier at self checkout was nice, we had to get our daughter glasses and the guy at the vision center was friendly and went above what I expected. Then leaving the store the guy checking the receipt was awesome as my mom was goofing off, he jumped in with a big smile. 01/22/2024 5:00pm

I use another local pharmacy to fill a regular prescription. It is closer to my house. The other pharmacy called me to tell me my medicine was on backorder and I needed to find another pharmacy to fill it this month as they were not sure when it would come in.

I called around and ended up speaking with this particular Walmart. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, compassion, and directness. I drove over to the pharmacy to register my name and number as a new customer. I did this so that when the prescription, due in a few days, was ready I would get a text message. I was impressed with the lady who helped me at this point. She was very helpful and also as informative.

Both these employee's gave me good information about the process and what to expect. When the prescription was ready I got the text and once again greeted b ya third guy who was very helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I promptly got the medicine which needed to be handed out by the pharmacist.

The pharmacist impressed me as well. He was compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. This gentleman had very good manners and super helpful in various suggestions he made to me.

It was nice to be treated with respect by very nice people who seemed concerned about my well being. I was very surprised considering the reviews I have read. These people, from the first phone call to the delivery of the product, made it very easy to understand everything. They let me know how things worked specifically here and potential pitfalls to look out for transferring this prescription over. They clearly outlined the process they follow which helped me.

Pharmacy's have to follow law and procedures so most times problems are not their fault. It was very helpful that upon first contact they informed me how they operated and what to expect. With this level of detail and courtesy I feel confident having them manage my medicine.

I love Medford and Wal Mart! The halloween display out front blew me away this season, so much color and style put into the arrangement, great costumes and halloween accessories - they even have purple spider LED lights!

Good store for everything love it, and the nice staff to deal with too.

We had a great interaction with the clerk in electronics. We were joking back and forth. It was fun. 💞

Found everything and the csm and helpers are nice. Still need help with customer service out in other areas for people with questions or needing help to purchase something the wait is terrible and the phone service no one ever answers the phone

As long as there are 3 windows available it goes well.

All was good until check out all lines way too long ... Quickly went to electronics with stuff I wanted ... Lol no problem I was outa there fast.
