I could probably find a few things that could lower this score, but the overall experience was good. I bought deli chicken, but the deli was out, and they cooked a fresh batch that was great. I found all the items that were on my list. I chose using a cashier rather than self checkout because I had fresh veggies, and I have problems checking vegetables. The only complaint was price, but to be fair, even my budget grocery has raised their prices.

Awesome customer service! This store has a ton of stuff and a ton of sweet employees to help you navigate it :)

This has been a go-to grocery store for us ever since we moved here. I just have to write a review thanking the man working in the deli/cheese area when I visited last. I believe his name was Jay. It was my first time making a charcuterie board for Christmas Eve, and I was overwhelmed with choices! But he gave me some great recommendations and some great advice! I ended up buying stuff I didn't even know existed, but it was amazing!

Had an issue with an attendant that pumped more gas then I asked for (I only had 40 in my account) he gave me the difference saying he gets re-embursed anyway.. well it made my account over drawn which cost me a overdraft fee.. called the manager Monica and she made it right! It’s not the mistake it’s the fact that when I called I was heard and she made it right:) now that what customer service is! Way to go and thank u Monica!

I went in to exchange some boots I got as a gift, I decided on boots that were a bit more that had $10 off plastered everywhere on the rack… I went to exchange the boots and pay the difference but at checkout there was no $10 off the price!☹ I paid the full amount and explained it to customer service and they checked the rack and saw the signs but they just walked away. I then spoke to Shannon the asst. manager in Clothing and she was so nice and honored the discount and I got my $10 back no sweat!! Kindness is a choice and she was more than that! Thank you Shannon, you’re awesome!!!! It’s stuff like that! That’s what keeps me coming back!

You can buy almost anything here. Friendly service and they love you with their whole hearts. Employees are very sweet and kind. I'm thankful for their service.

I’m a bit of a regular at this location. This afternoon I was sitting in the Starbucks dining area for guests. Two visually impaired people were needing assistance. So I watched as many as four staff members come from behind the deli counter as well as the Starbucks to help this family with their needs.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer support they were provided with. It’s things like this that keeps me coming back to this Fred Meyer location.

Customer service at Fred Meyer North is amazing. We ordered a cake about 36 hours early. About 2 hours before we were suppose to pick it up we had to change the entire order. The staff in the bakery department were so understanding and eager to assist us with our changes. They accomplished exactly what we were going for and our birthday dinner dessert was perfect. This is not the first time Fred Meyer North bakery has gone above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Janell and coworkers for you Customer service!!!!

Still living up to their slogan "you will find it at Fred Meyers" Helping a stranded family, we needed a tire pump to fill a donut spare. the local store had a bike pump so we could get them on the road . thanks to the young lady in the yellow vest who when out of her way to locate a manager to open the case for us.

This is where I have shopped for many years! Love their organic selection, fresh produce and friendly service.
They provide excellent customer service. My husband went through the self check out and forgot to pick up his $20 change and started walking out before he remembered. However when he returned his money was gone. He asked the clerk if anyone had turn in the money and without hesitation or question they gave him his money.

Fred Meyers has gone above and beyond to make shopping safe during the pandemic.

There is early morning shopping available for people that are at risk.

There are dividers at checkout.

They have Instacart shoppers that will fill orders for you to pick-up or they deliver.

Masks are required for all shoppers beginning today, August 13, 2021 as are all stores in Jackson County.

The checkers were treated horribly by some shoppers last year. I'm hoping this year people will treat them better.

The checkers don't set prices or policy. These folks are just trying to earn a living and they truly deserve compassion and respect.

I picked up my prescriptions and did some grocery shopping. Nice employees.

I have been a loyal customer since 1996 and I still love coming here. The people are friendly I even know their names. People who've been here for many years, like Candy and Marie in Grants Pass, Mike in the produce section. Jesus and Stephanie who've been around many years. Thank you for doing your job, day in and day out!! I am always thankful for how the store is neat and tidy all the time.

Wow. Never been or heard of this store before. Came in here hoping to get some sushi for the road. This place was not what we were expecting. So clean and organized- it was as a department store and a grocery store mixed together. Self check out was a breeze.

Nice, clean and very large. Took a minute to get some help to find a toaster but when I did finally come across an employee to ask she was very helpful and took us the several steps to find the item of search. We got everything we needed in one stop!

I really like the store. They have such good sales all the time that I can sometimes spend less here than I spend at food 4 less. That produce is a lot better also.They have a nice health department. Prices are still a little high but I have read comments that people are saying it is lower than most places around.

Clean, great sales with quality items, awesome customer service, rewards card can be used in lowering gas price, great selection of organic, gluten-free foods, wongerful selection of organic coffee. Their overall prices are about the same as everyone. They are a one stop shopping. They just need a few mor dairy free and dairy/gluten free and they would be perfect.
