Love the clean, well organized store. My go to for all my supplements. The people who work in that department are knowledgeable and helpful.

All the brand names I know and like. Great local foods too. They even carry my preferred natural toothpaste. Fresh organic veggies are always really good! None of that apeel.

Great products for people with dietary restrictions. Also, good pricing on their self labeled products

One of my favorite places to shop because being health-conscious and eating organic is a must in the society when the average human has plastic pallets flowing in their blood. Something to highlight about this location is they have a discount section which I highly recommend. I've saved quite a bit of money on organic food by purchasing their $.10 bananas, or countless other items that they put on display for a huge discount since they're gonna be going bad like yogurt, milk, etc.

I love shopping at Natural Grocers in Medford. Everyone who works there is absolutely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their produce is the best. And it’s so reassuring to know that everything is organic end of the highest quality in all of their departments. I find everything I need there and I do almost all my shopping there for groceries, supplements, and household supplies.

Dairy Dude Shawn helped me a ton when I was shopping! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly! He deserves a raise!

It has everything you need for good health. If you can't find in inyour regular store that you shop at, you would be able to find it at Natural Grocers.

Nice clean store, but the prices are much higher

This place has really surprised me in the last year. I've driven by this place almost every single day for the last 5 years and I just discovered how awesome they are. I go there for purchasing my vitamins, minerals, and supplements. They sell the good supplements that your body can actually absorb as apposed the mainstream vitamins and supplements that your body barely absorbed. Their prices on these are cheaper than Market of Choice. I do like their selection of essential oils. Although Natural Grocers has frozen food and produce, the prices are more expensive than Market of Choice, but they are all organic.

Something that is fairly new is that the section of the parking lot between them and Wendy's just got redone. Now it's not like monster truck rally when driving through that part of the parking lot.

Wow, what a wonderful store! We have accidentally stumbled upon this great place, wish we would have discovered it sooner. It is large, super clean, not crowded, and they have wonderful, fresh organic fruits and veggies at very reasonable prices. Fresh Organic ginger, turmeric, different hot peppers, beautiful beets, parsnips, and so much more.. Great cheese selection and excellent organic wines too, including organic boxed wines! Matter of fact, they have just about everything, even items I used to have to order online. I am definitely a happy customer 😊 and will be back!

Such a great variety of organic, gluten-free, and sustainable products found here from kitchen to personal care, household and food items. The store is always clean and the employees are always so kind and helpful. One of the only stores that is relaxing to shop at.

Very nice, clean, and organized store. The two clerk's I worked with too were kind and have great smiles I could see right through their masks. I also appreciate very much that they respected my inability to wear a face covering. Awesome!

I come here every few weeks to stock up on dry goods and vitamins. As others mentioned, they are pricey but they are in-line with other specialty groceries stores like the Ashland Co-op. The store is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

One evening, I absolutely needed something very specific and called them up. The person who answered the phone confirmed that they had the item in stock, so I booked it to Medford! Of course I couldn't locate the item in the store so I needed someone's help. They found it very quickly for me. The cashier was so pleasant as well. I inquired about the weird closing times, and they explained that the owners chose the times so that employees could go home and relax with their families.

The only improvement area would be a more robust produce area, which would eliminate the need for me to run to the Ashland Co-op every week.
