Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Don't understand the low rating. We've been there twice and it was excellent both times. Food was great, so was the service.

Cracker barrel is a cool spot . Service was great food came fast and hot!
And the country store is always stocked with the retro toys and new ones!

This was an absolute delight on our travels down the i5! We had an amazing dinner, a lovely time shopping and connected so deeply with the staff here. They were able to offer specific recommendations for gifts and for dinner choices! Highly recommend the Rainbow Trout for dinner!

The restaurant was very accessible, though the aisles in the store area were quite narrow. Staff were incredibly accommodating with helping to reach and show different products. They had just the right amount of staff for each position in the store. We loved all the vintage snacks, candies and sodas! Can't wait to go back!

I love Cracker Barrel. Their American style food is great. I especially love the Mac & Cheese, Fried Apples, and Hashbrown casserole. I love that they serve breakfast all day. Our server Savanah was amazing! She was always checking in on us and promptly got us everything we needed. She even remembered us from several months ago.
Above all that, my all time FAVORITE part is the store. I love the 60% discounted corner and can ALWAYS find great deals. There is so much variety of great selection. It's a great place to shop. All the staff in the store are so friendly, kind, and helpful. I really appreciate Cracker Barrel.

Service was exceptional! Food was exquisite, delicious, and very amazing!! We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there very often!! The atmosphere and service is always impeccable!! All different dishes are very delicious!! No complaints. I highly recommend Cracker Barrel to others!!! It depends on what we are eating the amount of money we are spending!!

The team here is really good. The lady who welcomed me was near the door and the other hostess had me seated in moments. The waiter took my order, everything was prepared perfectly, and it was served promptly. The store is very clean. The bathroom was tidy and in good order. The parking lot was nice and spacious but empty. There were many empty tables inside.

Overall my experience was great. Two of my friends from out of state were told that they were not welcome at the parking lot overnight.

Pretty nice place. Decent food helpful service around pretty nice enjoyed it will say that the country fried steak was a little chewy. Besides that's are meal was hot! Like you can tell it was just made fresh.

The best rainbow trout anywhere. I love it! It’s is always excellent. The gift shop is very unique and I find lots of great presents for my grandchildren.

This location has a wonderfully friendly staff and constantly delicious food. We are always greeted with a smile and the wait staff is always attentive.

The service is very friendly and food is prepared in a timely manner. The quality is always consistently great and the price is reasonable. We have been very pleased with this restaurant that we have traveled from Roseburg to Medford for dinner a number of times in the last few months.

Kerri Ann was a very attentive wait person, chicken was hot mash potatoes & gravy were very good & as always the fried apples topped off my meal.

Excellent experience. Food as always was fast and delicious. Our server was happy and gracious. We left an item in one of the chairs when we left and it was ready at the check out desk when we arrived to claim it.

The Cracker Barrel is a fantastic restaurant to go and eat at.
The one here in Medford has been open for a few years now, and somehow they still manage to give great service and very tasty food every single time. They've got really great comfort style country food, and have delicious biscuits, muffins with butter and honey and iced tea also. The gift shop is amazing with lots of diverse selections from clothing to games to knick knacks, and many more.
Anyways, next time you're in South Medford, do yourself a favor and stop by for some deliciousness!

Love the ambiance of these restaurants... so many fun things to look at! Enjoyed my French Dip and the special Peach Tea/Lemonade was wonderful! Always enjoy a visit to the gift shop side as well and usually find some special little goodie.

The food was good but the pasta was a little overdone. The server was very nice and kept coming back to make sure that we got everything and kept our coffee cup full and hot.

Love coming here. They always have so many nice things in the gift shop. Makes it nice to find gifts for everyone

Our server Lisa Was great. She is very friendly. Food was great. It was not crowded when we were there and they try their best spread people around the room.

I have been enjoying cracker barrel since 1997 and have visited the restaurant in Michigan, Florida, arizona...literally all over the country. We were blessed to try a complimentary breakfast and a dinner this week during staff training. Very friendly staff, amazing food especially since it was free. 100% authentic cracker barrel feel and taste. Thank you for the hospitality and the opportunity. Look forward to coming here with family quite often as we have been hoping for this for over 8 years!
