Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

First off I arrived not in the best mood.
But fortunately Brandon at the front desk was really helpful and I really appreciate his service.
I made a few mistakes reserving my room and he was happy to help me even though he didn't have too.
Also the breakfast was great! Seriously you can't find a better bang for your buck!
Rooms were clean and somewhat modern.
You get a huge tv, mini fridge, microwave.

Conveniently located to airport. Instead of a shuttle driving me to the airport, it was a driver in their own personal car. Driver was at hotel before I needed to leave @ 4:00AM Punctual! He was polite & personable.

I run my own cleaning business and I'm so picky about hotels because they never seem to be clean enough but this place is always on point and clean. The bath tub all the way to the floors
I was actually able to walk with white socks and they didn't get dirty at all
If your looking for a view this isn't your place.
Also 24 grocery store literally right behind the hotel and great prices for such a nice place

Best place to stay in Medford. Amazing room with spacious layout with desk. Table with rolling comfortable chairs. 60" Roku TV. Great handicap shower. Definitely recommend for long or short stay.

We are surprised by quality of service and level of cleanliness of room. Even size of the room is great. Service is exceptional. My son forgot his bag in reception and we left for long road trip. Hotel called us and then couriered us the bag. We are so grateful and so appreciate the commitment of team to go above and beyond. I am going to be regular to this place. Hope they always keep this level of service. I am sending email to choice group as well about their exceptional customer service. They deserve it.

Very clean rooms with no carpet to trap dirt and smells. Nice bath tub and plenty of hot water. Easy check in and out. They do reserve a $100 deposit on your card that is refunded. It is located just a few minutes from the airport.

On a long road trip, was super pleased with the customer service by Branden and Kyle at the front desk! They were very helpful and answered all our questions about the room and the area and they were the deciding factor in our choice to stay here. Comfy bed, clean room, there’s even a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. Plenty of toiletries at the front desk if you forgot yours. Very happy with the price and the stay. Located next to a market open 24 hours if you want quick food!

Great place and hot tub and sauna. The jets really beat up kinks In my back like a masseuse. .

Excellent quiet room at a great price (5 stars for value) in a good location. Comfy mattress and pillows. Nice bathroom and shower/tub. Larger refrigerator/freezer. Hot tub and sauna was in separate building from my room, both on the small side. Exercise room equipment generally worked mostly, but stair climber didn't count stairs (maybe it counts floors?), elliptical didn't register anything or turn on. No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast included waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, juices, coffee, etc.

Room was larger than other Quality Inns I have stayed at. Location was great; close to airport and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and down to earth. Would recommend and we will be staying again in the future.

Staff is helpful & gave me terrific directions to motor-inn from I-5. Breakfast is tasty. Staff again helpful @ directing me to REI(Mall) so I could walk from hotel. Wow!

Great location. Just under 5 minutes from airport and they provide a shuttle service too. One of the very few hotels that provide a water refilling station. Why doesn't all hotels do this? Rooms were clean and spacious, WiFi was good and reliable as well. Breakfast was decent comparable to other hotels in the price range.

First time staying at this hotel and let me just say we loved the stay. It's worth your money. Staff was really nice, thank you Angela. The room was so clean and well equipped. Glad we chose Quality Inn instead of Motel 6!

Clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, plus other typical amenities including a hot breakfast. I've been stopping here for many years now, including with family, and it's always been a good choice.

Check-in was quick and reception staff friendly and helpful; room was clean, quiet, and enough space for a family of four with two queen beds.

Even though the exterior is dated, they've updated the rooms so they're comfortable. Ours also had a fridge, microwave, and a small safe.

One minor complaint is how loud the bathroom fan was but overall an excellent value for the price which was $114 per night.

The staff were accommodating and personal. They upgraded my room so I could have downstairs due to my arthritis at no additional cost. The beds were comfortable, 4 pillows and nice blankets, the smell was fresh, the window fi was free an a great connection, they had cable TV, the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, they had shampoo and conditioner, the carpets were clean, they had refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot in room, they also had a wonderful breakfast, eggs sausage, waffles, juices,. The location was near plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. I will always look for a quality inn on my road trips. I was very comfortable.

First off the Quality Inn and Suites was right near the freeway with easy access to shopping malls Etc. The interior hallways and guest areas were extremely clean and seemed very new. The rooms were well-appointed with all the normal amenities you would need. The beds were super comfortable and the extra chairs and plugins were also a bonus. Only issue we had was with an air conditioner unit. Overall it's a great value and a very nice place to be.

Nice clean room. The staff was real helpful. I had made the mistake of booking the room on Priceline for the wrong day, the day before. The manager was able to refund my money and book me another room and even upgrade it for two beds. They also served a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I would stay here again.

Stopped in and got a room for work the staff was nice to not only me but some a**hat complaining about his room having a table vs a desk for 15min. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, they supplied plenty of towels and pillows for the beds. Great room the price was awesome considering the days inn up the street was the same price a night and was no where near as nice. There's a pool, hottub, sauna and bfast every day nothing amazing but a good spread for a free hotel meal. I would definitely stay here again.
