Greg and Ty were great - very entertaining while being efficient. They kept the mood light to get the most out of those working towards recovery goals. Meanwhile, me and my thumb are much better! Lol :)

Highly recommend benchmark PT on Excel Drive in Medford. The whole staff is excellent!!! Raley PTA, who I saw mostly this time,,was excellent! I can’t say enough good things about him.! He demonstrates an extensive knowledge of PT, he gave me a lot of confidence in his abilities. He listens well, addresses questions in a manner that is easy to understand. He is caring and compassionate, and overall just a really nice guy!

This place seriously deserves 10 stars at the very least, and I am blown away by the support and the effectiveness of their therapy they provided for me, and still are providing.
Their entire team is motivating, friendly, and highly efficient in helping people according to their unique needs and goals. I had never had physical therapy before and was not sure if it would be a huge benefit or success but I was given a referral after being diagnosed with golf & tennis elbow.
Unaware of my need for it, I still scheduled for it after I received a prompt response from them to initiate my referral, which was impressive & uncommon in timely manner that I had received from past medical professionals referred.
It is a guarantee your body & physical capabilities will improve if you’re going to benchmark. They genuinely care & consistently work hard to help each & every single patient they are training to restore abilities and give back your life to you!
I almost lost use of my right hand & wrist through some overuse of them and by restricting the use at the beginning of my injury for a month until I finally went to have it examined & was given a referral for Benchmark. I had no idea I was very close to losing muscle use in my arm from wrist to shoulder PERMANENTLY unless I trained to restore the muscles ability & strengthen them again.
Benchmark SAVED me from losing the use of my injured arm and my life is now in a new place of restoration! I couldn’t be more grateful & thankful to have their support, help & guidance.
I recommend them to everyone in need of physical therapy of any kind. They deserve recognition & praise for their outstanding service & attitudes towards the recovery process. Major kudos & love to all at Benchmark!

After my total knee replacement I went to this Benchmark. They are kind, funny, positive, encouraging and competent. My knee is better than the last 15 years thanks to the guys and my own hard work with their guidance. They’re awesome!!!!

Greg and Jon are two of the most helpful PT experts i have ever met and been helped by. Not only do they provide an encouraging atmosphere for healing, but they are focused on making sure you as the patient feel heard. I would 125 percent recommend these guys to anyone looking for physical therapy help. I am so glad I found them.

The staff here are exceptional and I really appreciated how practical it was to practice the exercises at home to continue PT. I took my teen (who has a severe aversion to medical anything) here for several months and the staff did such an incredible time connecting with her and making her feel comfortable. 11/10 recommend for all your pt needs

The best outpatient PT experience that I have ever had. Special shout out the Raley and Greg, the PTAs at this facility. They both went above and beyond when providing treatment. The team was knowledgeable and very effective at what they do. I appreciate their data driven approach and how cohesive the treatment team was.

Jon & Greg are amazing! They are excellent, efficient, & sensitive to your individualized healing process. My shoulder injury healed rapidly, and they made the experience fun with humor and encouragement. Hats off to these fellas! They are the best!

Jon and Greg are simply stellar. They put up with me for nine whole months, through surgery and beyond, after a tragic squirrel-related incident resulted in a disintegrated ACL and torn meniscus. Jon is incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and adaptable, and Greg brings such good humor and reassurance to every session, no matter where you're at in your recovery journey. They made the whole process as pleasant as possible. They are fantastic at both encouragement and education, and helped me set realistic goals for recovery at every stage. Thanks to them, I'm back in the saddle, back on the skates and back to work with my remodeled leg. I absolutely recommend the Benchmark team!

All the staff is very friendly. Jon and Greg have been extremely helpful in helping me get better. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the exercises and the environment. They genuinely care about their patients. I am so happy I came here for my physical therapy.

Very seldom can you actually say that you enjoyed going to physical therapy. John and Greg made this a fun but productive experience. My pain decreased and I will be continuing to work at home on this until it has resolved itself. I know that if I feel that I need to return for more treatment I will be given their full attention. I was pushed but because of the friendly and enjoyable environment there I was more than willing to be pushed. I felt that they really cared about my problem and progress. From Office Manager to Therapist this is a great place.

Just had my first session at Benchmark. Very impressed with entire operation. Particularly enjoyed working with Jon, one of the physical therapists. Looking forward to continuing my therapy and seeing improvements.

My primary care doctor referred BenchMark Physical Therapy to me. I am so glad she did. Jon and Greg are definitely professionals but more important they are delightful. No matter who walks in the door, you are treated with kindness and respect. Each person is there for a different reason and they are knowledgeable of each situation.

Greg and Jon are amazing humans. I picked this place so I could walk over from work. I am so glad that I did. I felt 100% by my last visit. Not only did they help me, but they are hilarious, have question of the day and goofy gadgets (Greg's head ball thingy). I'm gonna miss their faces, they made me laugh a lot. I would highly recommend them both for PT!

I could not have asked for a better physical therapy experience. From resolution of the issue that brought me there to the fun atmosphere of the office to Jon and Greg (and all of the other employees) being the incredible people they are. Hands down would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I came to physical therapy hoping to get back my strength and mobility in my left shoulder. I got much more. John and Greg are professional and caring. They have a great sense of humor that made hard work fun. I actually enjoyed it. I will keep it up. Thank you gentlemen!!!!
