Staff are helpful and friendly. The store is clean. There are always discounts and deals going on and the quality of items is overall very good.

I love this store. The staff is super friendly & they keep the store clean. It at least was when we went. It's a big store with great lighting. They have everything here like baking supplies, jewelery making kits, fabrics, paints, canvases & so much more. They offer great rewards too! Oh & the sales!?! Example for you fellow painters a few times a year they have buy one get two free canvases! Plan on spending a little time to journey down every isle. You won't want to miss a thing!

First time I have been in Michael's in at least 15 years! So much to look at, so many ideas!! I'm glad I don't live closer, I would be forever broke! Lol!

This store is small but immaculate, especially considering the number of individual items on the shelves. I noticed discounts posted in most sections.

The best part about Michaels is it isn't Hobby Lobby. Order online and then pick it up in store. Ezpz

Love shopping Michaels it's as if you enter a time vortex, 3hrs later you leave the store with all your crafting needs. I was even able to find clips to make my quilting easier. All the staff is super helpful.

So many items to choose from, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Thankfully the staff are knowledgeable and helpful and are able to always point you in the right direction. A great place for a creative mind.

Great place to decide on framing for painting, posters, shadow box….
Large counter space and friendly help if you need. They have custom framing and matting or you can pick off the shelf….
They also replaced a glass on my painting as I waited. So convenient and affordable 🤩

Picked up several Christmas items on clearance as well as some Valentine's Day items at 40% off. Great selection!

I was looking for mini light bulbs for a Jukebox I'm restoring, and Michael's was the last place on my lists
I looked and looked, than I asked a young sales girl and she looked, asked other sales people and even checked the inventory on their system. This girl does not give up.
So we don't find it, she takes my business card and says she'll call when they find it.
so about 3 hours she does call and tells she found
them and are waiting for me at checkout.
has she been looking since I left.... she doesn't give up.
This is excellent customer service, and far beyond.
I don't know this sales associates name but Michael's should recognize this sales girl give me the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time.
Michael's is no longer last on my lists, they jumped to number 1

One of my favorite stores. I can spend hours just browsing through all the fun things. I always end up spending more then I expected but with the discounts and amazing coupons they have to offer I don't mind.

I got the best deal ever! Took some clear blocks up to the register to find out a price, no price would come up, so the cashier got the manager. They figured it was an online purchase for Christmas so he offered them to me for $5.00! These are a pack of 3 and are regularly priced at $39.99. I love this store everyone is really helpful 😍
