Office Depot

This is the third purchase at this Office Depot. First was a printer where Cody assisted us with selecting the right printer for our needs. He was so helpful and took his time helping us. We ended up with a product that really fits our needs and budget. Second and third trip involved the copy center. I had small projects (both under $10) but required a little technical and creative skill. Yes, Lindsay and Cody were so responsive and managed my project in no time. The results were perfect. Yes, this store has excellent customer service.
I will be back for purchases in the future!!

I popped in for a quick visit and stopped to check out a display of planners. An employee named Sean wandered over and asked if I needed any help. We had such a lovely conversation on the use of planners and I left the store with a smile on my face. Thanks Office Depot for training your staff to be so welcoming. It really makes a difference:)

The employees have always been very helpful and they go that extra mile. I asked an employee about computers (laptops) I asked him to please explain the differences to me. I got an education. I really did. Very very professional.

Excellent service from Julia and Cody in the Print Shop. They made my 5 calendars promptly. The also assisted me in reprinting some corrected pages (4) in prompt manner.

Ordered online. Picked up curbside at store. Great product, great price, easy to use website, great service at the store.

Office Depot is a very good place to purchase office equipment. Most of the time that the stock is always full in on the shelves, sometimes they're empty but that's good for business. The store is always clean the assistance in the store are always knowledgeable and willing to help you at anything that you need I highly recommend it if you haven't been here, give it a shot you'll be happy you did. Found exactly what I was looking for. Sale price was excellent, insurance on the purchased item was also very reasonable and the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

I went to Office Depot to order graduation invitations. Julia was working the print counter and happily assisted in creating my order. Let me just say, this lady is a gem! She knows exactly what she's doing! She is VERY quick, extremely polite, AND one the most helpful and genuine persons that I have ever met.

The price was outstanding being A THIRD of what Shutterfly wanted and then guess what happened? Julia called me maybe an hour later and said my invitations were ready to be picked up!!! Mind blown....
They look great, my daughter is ecstatic and so am I! Thank you Julia, you made our day!

Manager Albert C was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their business select is a great deal.

Went in to get a print job done 5/17/22. Each employee I encountered was attentive but I need to give special mention to Mackenzie. She was amazing, walking me through the needs of what I was trying to accomplish. It's employees like this that make a company not just a good company but a great one. I will give Office Depot my business in the future because of her and this experience.

I went into the Medford Office Depot to have three sets of copies made, and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful. This was a much better experience than my last one at FedEx office. Highly recommend!

Really appreciate the staff of this Office Depot location. They were helpful to me by carrying out things to my car when I recently had back surgery. I love the sales they have and the staff is friendly. This store is very clean too!

Great customer service and quality selection -- Sean is the man! We called the store about a half-hour before opening; not only did he pick up our call before opening (on a Sunday!), but he went above and beyond to visually verify inventory on a chair before we made the trip into town. We had hoped to get two of the same chair, they only had one, but this is just a "sign of the times" and makes us appreciate Sean's efforts that much more. Looking for a 2nd chair, we visited the other office supply store in town -- we found that a larger selection was available elsewhere, but were nowhere near as satisfied with the quality and value of offerings as we were here at Office Depot. Smooth load-out, very clean store, and employees seem genuinely happy to help.

I am a small biz owner. We'll keep this short. Paid for personalized stationary that's essential in billing my customers. Was quoted a time frame. My receipt has the completion date as well. A week later nothing but it's gona be Friday. Everyone including the General Manager "A", blames it on someone else. No one takes responsibility. I sure wish, if I lied to one of my customers that I didn't have to OWN UP or compensate them. Small businesses get ZERO help here.

UDATE 3/24/23:
Decided to give them another try. The same manager helped me and the professionalism he showed me is exactly why he is in charge. He accepted my apology with his handshake, a smile, class, humbility and dignity. He finished my order by the end of that day. Definitely only bringing my business to him. Thank you.

The guy at the center was great. He knew what he was doing and was quick and efficient.

I appreciate all the great associates working at Office Depot on Crater Lake Highway. They are always so very helpful and aimed to please. I recently bought a new desk chair. Once I got it home I realized it just wasn't right for me and had to return it. Although it was comfortable to sit in the arm rests just didn't work for me. They took it back and J J gave me such a great education on all the ins and outs of selecting the proper chair. He helped me pick out the best one for all my needs and size. Its a great chair...perfect for me. I'm so glad he was there to help me figure out which one suited me best. Thank you.

I went in today around 9:30 a.m to have thirteen pages printed from a PDF for my son. The young lady that assisted me was helpful, very kind and friendly!! I look forward to my next visit!!

super thankful for the constant help from Lindsay at the printing department! she’s always been so kind and helpful when it comes to printing out manuals, certifications and booklets for my business. it’s nice knowing i can come in whenever to print things out and she is always more than helpful helping me create the perfect documents for my business! by far the best help i’ve ever received from a printing department!!
