Best deal in Medford. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Lemonade and cookies in lobby when you arrive. Pool & Hot tub. Well maintained, CLEAN, QUIET and COMFORTABLE ROOMS at a reasonable price. Excellent service at the desk and at breakfast. Real breakfast with good coffee included. This hotel should be used as the model for all hotels in this price range.

This is mostly to rave about Karen the afternoon desk person
She is always great and to my amazement remembers me and handed me my shirt I had left in the closet 6 months ago.
It’s all about the people and she is a huge benefit to Choice hotels in my opinion

We enjoyed our stay, and the service was excellent. Cariann at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she was very friendly and a huge help!

Put 4 starts for rooms only because they could use some updating. But overall very clean and inviting. The staff was very helpful and great customer service. The breakfast was good and well stocked. And even tho they had some major plumbing issues on morning of checkout and had to turn the water off with a booked full hotel, they handled it with style and grace. I would definately stay here again.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and my dogs were welcome with a low fee and refundable deposit. Had employee check room before we left and deposit refunded. Better rate than most hotels in the area. Will return again.

We had a very nice, comfortable one night stay here coming in via Medford airport late night going to Crescent City. The staff were great, the room was comfortable, beds were good. Breakfast was surprisingly good, thumbs up for having both bacon and sausage, and pea it butter to go. Chocolate chip cookies and coffee on arrival, plenty of parking. The hotel has some rough edges, paint is chipping, etc. but the core is strong and the service is wuality. Very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone needing a stay near the airport. Pool and hot tub too!

Hotel property is what you would typically expect. What really makes this property great, is the people that work there. Firstly, Karen is the best!! From the great customer service, to her providing warm fresh baked cookies. Angie is also great, making sure those of us that leave early have a hot breakfast ready for us. Thank you Karen and Angie both for the great stays, and looking forward to being back soon!

One of the best hotels for the price. Especially Wonderful staff made our stay a great experience. Compared to any other comforts inn hotels this is one of the Best. Very near to airport, Costco, I-5 many more shopping centers like Fred Meyers etc. They have ample amount of parking place. Good place for free breakfast. Overall the stay was pleasant and great.

Stayed here with crew after a week of field work. Karen at the front desk was extremely kind, efficient, and accommodating despite our crew’s late arrival and desperate need of showers. Rooms were all perfectly clean and beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast had everything you’d want, including eggs and bacon. We would definitely come here again. Thank you Karen and staff!

The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean, and the location was 10~12mins from everywhere I needed to be during my extended stay in Medford. Also, the koffe was always on hot & fresh. Thank you Medford North.

It was a nice cozy place for a reasonable price.
There's also 10% off at the bar and grill next door if you have a room.
The hot tub and pool are a nice addition too

The hotel is undergoing a refurb so the indoor pool and spa are not available until the end of November.

If you are lucky enough you will be able to meet CariAnn the front desk attendant, she goes above and beyond too make your stay amazing, breakfast was great she kept everything stocked and clean.. like i said, you will be lucky if she handles your check-in.. She can give explicit instructions to anywhere you want to go in the valley, she knows it super well!

Stayed here for the Mill Fire. Staff was compassionate about our situation. Rooms were big and they accepted our pets. Breakfast was yummy and our dog loved the sausage and bacon. I'm grateful we had a home away from home for 5 days.

A really nice place to stay. Clean, nice staff. The accessible room we were in was well laid out.
Bed was too high off the floor to be very accessible, typical of this kind of room.

Very good service. Love that there is no smoking. Breakfast had a lot of variety and plenty of food. The dining area is a little small but they make up for it with the food. The indoor pool is fantastic and clean with a hot tub area. Rooms were well cleaned and there was everything we needed including a portable crib as requested.

Very well run hotel. Good security. No tweakers around. Kind of goofy to get to it because the roads around a elevated so you end up doing a loop de loop to get in from the freeway. Per friendly and very clean.

I loved this place. The hotel is clean and the customer service was great. The beds are comfortable and I especially liked the heat lamp in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast had everything and check out is at 12.
