Best Buy

Best buy should have more people Maning the service desk when people would like to renew their maintenance contract and have no appointment. They might need two lines. One for service, and one for renewal. We are senior citizens and do not use computer apps as there are to many of them and they are all different. I think it would expedite service for people wanting service as well as people wanting to renewal of there contracts. I also wish that best by would have some seating ares for customers or elderly customers. Any customers
As this us not an in and out store. People are there for some to.e on some occasions. Thank you for the wonderfull service you do provide.

I was checking out the kitchen appliances as we may need a new dishwasher. This was a much better experience than lowes as the floor models were in good shape, not beat up. The sales personnel were friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty much in line with the competition.

We always find what we need and want here. The people there help you to understand what it is that will work best for you. The store is clean and the people always willing to help

I spent quite a bit of time in the appliance department. They seem to have good pricing on the refrigerators. Not much in stock, but it was much easier to understand the products in store then it was online. They answered my questions about warranty and service. We always select geek squad extended warranties on everything we purchase at Best Buy. I understand it is difficult right now to find appliances and the waitlist can be very long. Best Buy will find you the product you need, provide reliable estimate for delivery, show up at your house with the appliance and accessories needed. We sincerely appreciate their knowledge and assistance.

Well, upart from there being no associates in the PC section, they were all standing in one area just goofing off. But after I got someone's attention , I actually received some decent service. I left happy. I'm still happy. Goof offs. 🤪

Halloween this year will be interesting at best. My friend is almost entirely moved there and he's excited to hand out candy for Halloween this year but I'm not sure if he'll get any this year since as we all know the community has to take a while to warm up to you.... And if he has no trick-or-treaters then I'll probably be getting sick off chocolate :-) here's a few photos I took at his place and I hope you all have a safe and wonderful Halloween it's my favorite time of the year!

Had a TERRIFIC experience buying a clothes dryer. Kaden, Brittani and Eddie (Geek Squad) provided great info on what we can expect from the different models and spot-on with their recommendations. Thank you!

I didn't do much; just bought gift cards. But the staff are always very nice and so willing to help you find what you're looking for. Loved it!

Our sales associate Caleb gave us great customer service answering all of our questions and didn't try to oversell us on warranties which made us become members.

Fixed my husband's ancient computer and took off an obsolete version of Ubuntu and swapped it out for a Microsoft Windows 10 version. Happy with the results.

Very helpful went there for a warranty on my soundbar didn't have a problem ended up buying a 65 inch Sony TV very friendly and helpful people that work there

There is a guy he helped me to get my comp and printer . A credit card . 125 in-store credit and to get a TV and I forgot his name but he the best

The staff was quick to help, and was very polite. Andy was the one who ended up helping the most, and he got me all the information I needed. He didn't try to fake any answers, if he didn't know, he looked it up. And I appreciate that so much!! Honesty in sales!!

I just had a great experience with a salesperson (pretty sure it was Michael...?). He went out of his way to help me make a purchase and return, and saved me money! I really appreciate the great customer service here.

Needed to have a PC checked which stopped working, working with the Geek Squad it was determined the 10 year old PC was not operational. Bought a new HP Pavillion PC. Recovered data was successfully transferred. The Geek Squad staff in particular Cambell was of great help, his courtesy and professionalism is examplery. I'm up and running in just 3 days.

Lotsa personalized attention from sales staff, GEEK Squad, & manager -

I had the displeasure of witnessing this awful Karen in the store today screaming at the employees. The manager Stormy came up and was trying to de escalate the situation and this horrible customer kept swearing, harrasing, and screaming at the poor employees. Stormy kept her composure and offered so many solutions but she kept screaming and swearing and threatening the employees. I commend the manager for handling such an awful human being with grace and respect. She also solved our problem with such professionalism. Great job Best Buy employees. By the way..I believe the awful customer left the review before me. What a Karen!

Geek squad tech Alec Seibert came to our rescue to deal with new router. He immediately asked about the issue, went right to the router, checked it and helped me get connected with other devices. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I've also had good Totaltech help the within the store. I'm getting a good return on the Total tech program after being skeptical.

Additionally, got great service from a tech when I bought the router and extender at the store. He took time to review my needs and pointed me in a reasonable direction.
