Alaska Fish & Chips Company at the Flight Deck

Beautiful scenic place at the heart of Juneau Alaska. Food was great with a good portion. Tasty fish and chips and boom2 shrimp pops. Price is a bit high though but it’s worth it. Maybe the downside is the smell of gasoline when those seaplanes takes off but it goes away after some time.

Stopped for a quick bite before an excursion. Very good fish and chips! Outdoor seating available, but ordered to go. Very fast service, everything included with out takeaway lunches.

The fish and chips are fantastic at the Alaska Fish and Chips Company. Super friendly staff and, no kidding, the fish and chips are a 10 out of 10. It was my favorite meal on a 7 day Alaska cruise.

Food is good, but fish and chips are the best! Beer is a must to drink! Service was awful, the blonde lady did not let my teens eat in their deck, because they did not consume food there, but we did spend a couple of money there… The Manager had to call someone to help me…

The number 1 thing I wanted to do on our port day in Juneau was find this place and try a reindeer corn dog. Mission accomplished! Hindsight, we could've split one because they are so large. Neither of us could finish it. But we enjoyed trying it.

Amazing all the way around! Highly recommended if you are in the area! The Smoked Salmon Chowder in a sourdough bread bowl was delicious and well worth it. Same goes for the Halibut fish and chips.

This was a life changing meal. We got the (cod) fish and chips, which were to die for, and the smoked salmon chowder in a bread bowl. Best fish and chips we've ever had, anywhere. The chowder was amazing - the smoked salmon was so good it about made me cry. There are a couple places in San Francisco that brag about their sourdough being the best in the world, but they need to come up to Alaska and take notes.

We were in Juneau on a cruise, and we still have 4 days left, but I'm already thinking about my next trip to eat here again.

Went for lunch. We were greeted right away and told we can pick our open seats. Quickly given menus. I got the halibut. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. We couldn’t help but over hear the person working behind the bar talking about the beers to some other customers , they knew their stuff , impressive.

My friend and I had an absolutely delicious lunch here on 9/25. We ordered Halibut and Cod and split the orders between ourselves. The cod was fresh, lightly battered, not a bit greasy, and among the best I’ve ever eaten. The halibut was so fresh it’s tail fin was still wiggling, lightly floured not battered, and it was a standout meal for the whole trip. The drought beer was almost icy and the red cabbage Cole slaw was unique and creamylicious. This is highly recommended for those in search of fish & chips and who are expecting GREAT service and real sourdough atmosphere.

One would think it's just another tourist trap being so close to the cruise ship docks and all but the food was fantastic. Both the halibut and cod were crispy, tender and juicy. Fries were great, the slaw on the side was the real sleeper hit. Great spot!

My first meal in Alaska (and Juneau) was here - it was the best fish & chips I had and luckily I was able to eat here twice. The Alaskan Halibut & Chips melted in my mouth and my mom enjoyed her smoked salmon chowder thoroughly. We enjoyed eating outside taking in the fresh air.

Great little option for excellent fish & chips convenient to seaport. Had the halibut- light tempura batter and perfectly cooked. Filled my need for local grub perfectly ! Scott behind the bar topped off a great visit...deserves a raise.

Halibut Burger and Reindeer Corn Dogs were to die for. Nice patio, great atmosphere inside. Really tasty food.

After whale watching in Juneau, I stumbled upon this place right near the cruise port. The server (can’t remember her name) greeted me immediately and cleaned a table for me.

I think this was probably the best halibut I’ve ever had in my life. Not too much breading, not overcooked - it was juicy, hot and fresh. The tartar sauce literally has me scraping the container because it was so good ( but I didn’t want to pay for an extra serving for my last little piece of fish). The meal was expensive, but I had a feeling it would be worth it… AND IT WAS!!

This place is no frills, but it was great food and definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something casual and quick before you head back to your cruise ship 🚢!

The first time we stumbled into this place was the best accidental find EVER!!!

Their fish in chips rival that in England any day.

They have delicious fish and flavorful firecracker shrimp. The Dungeness was fried and not quite what we expected but not bad at all.

They have lots of beer options. I don’t drink but everyone around me was having a blast trying their beers.

We tried both F/C - one made with Cod and one made with Halibut. Both were amazing! The fish was fresh. The battter was light and the oil the used was clean. The result was fish and chips perfection!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The food was delightful and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our afternoon eating amazing fried halibut and shoestring fries and smoked chowdar and looking at the sea.
