The office is current with tech. tools for comfortable and timely dental care. Have payment plans depending upon patient needs. It was my first time attending Artist Walk Dental in Fremont, CA and From start to finish all employees were extremely friendly as well as helpful! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable because as you all know no matter the age the dentist could sometimes be scary. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and especially because they were able to inform and provide excellent details about my overall oral health and any questions I had. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family. Thank you and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

My family and I have always been going to Dr. DeAla and we’ve always had the greatest experience pre Covid, then we moved to Central Valley. Didn’t really have a good experience with a couple of dental offices out there. We had enough bad experiences, so decided to move back to Dr. deAla. Thank goodness he accepted us all back as returning patients. It’s 1.5 hours away, but we don’t mind the drive at all. We love the care and service and the staffs are always so friendly and inviting.

Very friendly place! The Dr was excellent with my 3 year old - even getting her to accept a full cleaning, polishing and fluoride. When it was my turn I felt I received excellent and detailed care. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rick's ever since I was a kid. The service is amazing and the staff have always been friendly! Furthermore, I have always felt comfortable during the cleaning procedures. I even have a core memory of mine when I was a kid having the staff and Dr. Rick cheer me on when I had to get some teeth pulled for braces! In summary, Dr. Rick and Artist Walk Dental is amazing in all fields and has served a substantial role in my life!

Since I moved to Newark, CA, I’ve changed dentist numerous time. When a good friend told me about Dr. Ricardo S. De Ala Dental which is now “Artist Walk Dental” and have heard great care they provide, I started going there. And guess what, I never looked for another. I have been seeing Dr. De Ala and staff for number of years now. I am very impressed of the treatments. The care and staff are 5 stars. The office is very clean and their equipments are state of the art. The place is very comfortable, family oriented and it is like home. Everyone are very nice, always smiles and makes you feel like a family.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Artist Walk Dental with regard to teeth cleaning. It was gentle, comfortable and fast. The dentist was friendly, helpful and professional. He was patient to listen to my dental needs and ready to provide constructive advice to me I am happy with his service and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rick for 6 years. I have had numerous dental procedures with him (fillings, crowns, even a root canal) and I can say that every experience has been great! Dr. Rick takes great care and has a gentle touch. His staff is very friendly and as another patient said, they make you feel like family.

We go as a family of four and it’s nice to be able to go on the weekends. The new location is very nice. They even have coffee, water and snacks in the waiting room. They have TVs for each patient chair, those helped a lot when the kids were younger. Dr. Rick always takes the time to ask us how we are doing before starting. We’ve been going to see Dr. Rick for 7+ years (longer probably I can’t remember my previous dentist).

It's very rare you come across services that are truly 5 stars and "Artist walk Dental" is most definitely among those. It's just perfect from A to Z. Every experience is easy, convenient, and satisfying whether it's scheduling, rescheduling, visits, dental services, information requests, etc. And this all because of their team, so professional and welcoming. Kudos to them and all the very best!!

Artist walk is the bomb. Hands down greatest in Fremont. I’ve been to a few and artist walk is clean, comfortable and they have a great team. I’ve called a couple of time to reschedule my appointments and Teresa was able to accommodate me. She was wonderful and made it pleasant to speak with. Highly recommend this dental care

I've been in Dr. Rick's care for a decade. The service is nice; the staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the office is quite pleasant and chill-- a good place to work/relax before you head in and sit in the dental throne at which your teeth get operated on. The dental throne/chair features reclining capabilities as well as a TV, which is loaded with a good selection of cable channels that you can watch while your teeth get fixed up. If you're a kid or if it's your kid that is being operated on, Cartoon Network or DisneyXD is my recommendation; you also get a little toy from a toy chest at the end of your tooth examination.

TL;DR My teeth at Dr. De Ala makes my teeth feel like Valhalla

I have always had a fear of dentist. But today my Dr. was the best I have ever had. The staff was very friendly!!! No need to fear anymore. I’m in good hands with Artist Walk Dental.
