Great customer service and I bought my childhood go to Salt Water Sandals. I LOVE THE LADIES THAT WORK IN THIS POULSBO STORE.They are very helpful and took time to answer my questions and definitely will be back for more shoes. DEFINITELY worth the drive from University Place WA.

I love the service and shoe selection at Indigo Plum. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I deal with plantar facitis and wide feet, which usually makes shoe shopping so frustrating; the staff here know their way around the different brands and how they will fit. My most recent shoes have been my favorite - in both fashion and comfort -in a long time. I definitely recommend and will always shop here first.

I absolutely love indigo plum and the selection of high quality shoes they offer for the entire family! I typically go to nordstrom for high quality shoes and hard to find brands but Indigo plum is able to offer the same locally and is a small business that I love to support! They have great customer service, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and offer informed recommendations, not to mention their sale room where you can find amazing deals! This is my favorite local shoe store. Prices are fair and especially great in the sale room. Lots of quality brands like Keen, Born, Dansko, Tom's and more. They also have great sale prices and give-aways if you go on one of the Ladies night out days!

I have flat feet and was putting off getting comfort shoes. I was really dreading going to an "expensive comfort shoe store". But the prices are actually quite competitive at Indigo Plum and I found the perfect Dansko shoes to help my foot issues. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a style and they stand behind their products. If you want a good place to try on (and buy) comfortable shoes, this is the best place in Kitsap.
