Consistent experience - the staff is cheerful and friendly. It’s an Ice cream chain offering design-your-own creations hand-mixed on a granite slab. They headquartered out of Scottsdale Arizona ! Ps- The signature Oreo is lush 😋 photos as of August 2018.

Yummy and some real friendly service. It was worth the walk and the ice cream was delicious.

Not too busy but there may be a short line on the weekends. There is seating inside the shops in front of the Coldstone. Clean interior and exterior. Ice cream prepared by a new staff member. Could have used more Oreo in the Oreo Overload. Chocolate dipped waffle bowl and more bowls available!

Super friendly service from Richard M. Great suggestions for flavor and topping combinations and very carefully made our orders exactly as requested with some toppings mixed in and some only on top. Thank you!

Cold Stone Ice Cream is very delicious! Super smooth and creamy. It's not to sweet. They have a lot of different selection of flavor to choose from. Their ice cream is really appealing to eat. By the way, I'm a local real estate agent and I stopped by this shop after showing a home to a client. Excellent Service!

Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They have a lot of flavors that you can choose from. It’s in a nice neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy the outside atmosphere. If you want an indoor space, you can enter through the Crystal shops gate where there are some tables and chairs. An excellent place to enjoy with your friends or by yourself!

Stopped here for dessert while visiting. Excellent service, clean store.

This location is perfect and it’s usually long longs in the late summer evenings but it’s so worth the wait! They have very kind staff!!

Their staff was efficient and friendly. Although there were only two of them they were able to tackle the long line ahead of us and still get us what we ordered in a timely manner. Ice cream of course was amazing! Will definitely be back.

Great! Cold Stone Creamery is always a favorite of mine for a special treat! You can have any toppings you want in an ice cream here! The mix ins are the best. You literally can create something different everytime or you can order from their creations if you can’t decide! Get it in a wafflle bowl or cone - they are fresh made daily! The aroma is what you smell when you are near a cold stone from outside of the store! You can top it off with hot fudge or Carmel or have them as mix ins! Don’t forget the fresh real whip cream and cherry topper to make it a sundae! There’s so much to make and so many flavors to mix! You will never be bored here! Enjoy all of your creations! I highly recommend this site location in Arlington!

Visited Cold Stone in early June 2021. I felt very safe going inside. They had speedy quick service and got our order out to us super fast. They had hand sanitizer available and excellent customer service. Well done Cold Stone Creamery!

The area in crystal city is really great. Place is small but still awesome service. We had a very large group of people come in and order at the same time and the workers did amazing and did not mess up even one order! They were great! Cold stone ice cream is the best.

I love ice cream and I really love cold stone. My favorite mix of all time is the cookie doughn'' you want some. This place is normally busy all year long but this evsneve was light. Walked in and only one couple ahead of me. The place was very clean and the employees were friendly. Do not be afraid to sample all ice cream and swap out ingredients in their signature mixes. It's normally cheaper than creating your own.

Friendly staff, even at 10:30 close to their closing time. They pointed out a better valued deal to us and were great all around. As always, the ice cream is amazing.

Cold Stone is good, but this particular location is awesome. Plenty of seating, the line goes quickly and the staff doesn't turn over frequently. Some advice is to get lost in the Crystal City shops afterwards to burn off the calories.

Best ice cream that i've ever had till date. I really liked the concept of mixing the different ice cream flavors and then putting the ingredients literally on a cold stone to mix and make the best flavour. Full points for the concept and the variety!

This is the best CSC shop in the DC Metro area! It's the ONLY shop with Dark Chocolate. It is better staffed than most of the other shops, and the staff take orders without a fuss. They're quick, and we always find the place clean. It's the highlight of our trips to Crystal City, if not the main attraction.
