I have been a loyal and devoted patient at Optimal Dental since 2015. Every one is extremely professional and polite. They always try to work with their patience and are very understanding. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always prompt and on time seeing their patience. Whenever I have dental emergencies they always find time to squeeze me in next day and I appreciate their care and attention to their patience. I would 100% always recommend optimal dental. I have been living in Waldorf MD since 2018 and still refuse to see any one else but them.

A special shout out to Carlos, whose patient-centric approach has been evident through my entire experience with this practice. He has been incredibly patient with mom and helped her navigate her dental challenge with ease. His knowledge and support has been specially invaluable to me during my Invisalign treatment. I rarely write a review but I want to say that Optimal Dental Center provide an excellent service. Dr. Dang and Dr. Nguyen are so gentle and patient they have taken my fear of going to the dentist. The staff are so friendly. Carlos and Kim are experts in what they do, and Claudia is so friendly in the front desk! Five stars are not even enough for now I look forward to going to the dentist instead of dreading it!

I have an amazing experience at this office every time I visit. The front desk always welcomes me in such a warm way that makes my anxiety less when visiting the dentist. Sofi, the dental assistant, and Dr. Dang are the dream team!! They listen to every concern I have and give me practical solutions all while making me feel like a priority. Was so amazing and still is!!! Carlos is the main assistant he’s amazing I mean he’s a wonderful person. He explains everything to me from the beginning to the end I can’t ask for anything more. Dr. Dang such amazing doctor. He has patience. Listen to everything what you have to say and what you need and what you want he gives you his expertise when he thinks and what a person should do
The bedside manners from the time you walk in meeting the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor has been such wonderful and amazing. I Just Love Them!!

Exceptional service. As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised being seen the same day I was scheduling my first appointment.

Dr. Bui and her assistant was very professional and thorough with my examination. Dr. Bui also provided clear, comforting and concise information regarding the steps that may be involved with my dental work.

Our family has been coming to Optimal Dental Center for the better part of ten years. My experience with Claudia & Trang this morning was amazing! They greeted Me, asked Me about my family and as always were super pleasant and cheerful. Trang and Claudia understand that facilitating great relationships with patients means being deliberate about caring and showing concern which they do more like close Family than anyone else.

1st time going to Dentist since I’ve moved from California. 4 years ago. I had a really bad toothache so I was looking for a dentist that could take me quickly!!! Optimal Dentist took me in within 2 hours and did X-rays and a review of my teeth and found 2 cracked teeth causing the pain!! they gave me a prescription and I was on my way. Pain-free for a little bit until I get the oral surgeon to remove the bad teeth. Just glad I found this place and Dr Nguyen and staff were very friendly.Thanks again, Jerry Walton

I did my Invisalign with Dr. Dang at the Fairfax location. Compared to others who have gotten Invisalign around me, mine was done faster. This was really important to me. If I thought it was going to take a year, I'm sure I would not have gone through with it.

The whole process went very smoothly and everyone there was such a pleasure. Dr. Dang explained everything thoroughly and I knew what I was getting myself into from the beginning. Trang set me up with a payment plan that worked best for me and even answered any questions I had about the process outside of my appointments. Carlos was as gentle as possible when working on my teeth and explained every part of the process before beginning. Clarity and knowing all the information is very important to me, especially for a process that was going to be a big part of my daily life for a long period of time.

Everyone there is incredibly kind, friendly, and informative. It is clear that they prioritize their patients and they maintain a great atmosphere. I have only ever felt calm and happy to be here which is unexpected of a dentist's office! I have recommended this office to numerous friends and family and they all agree that my recommendation was well given. While they are a great dentist's office, their Invisalign program is especially a highlight and I can't sing their praises enough.

Myself, my husband, and my son are all using Invisalign's with Optimal Dental and we are so happy with the results. They also do our cleanings and recently replaced 2 of my crowns. They have exceptional people working there! The front desk greets you and makes you feel welcome and everyone seems highly trained with advanced technology. They have been able to work us into their schedule on short notice when needed. They also have great communication with text message reminders. 5 STARS!!!

Had a filling fall out. Dr Nguyen had me in and out in 30 minutes. She has a way of inserting the numbing needle that I didn't even feel it. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dang and his team is the best. I usually come for dental cleanings here and I chose to do invisalign with Dr. Dang. The process was super easy and smooth. Each appointment was efficient and easy. Dr. Dang and Carlos took the time to explain everything to me. I was able to get my perfect smile in five months!

Unbelievably gentle when cleaning my teeth this afternoon. Hung (hope I heard and spelled her name correctly) was extremely careful in areas that are super sensitive to me. I had absolutely no pain, which has never happened before.

If you have a severe anxiety about the dentist you NEED!!! TO COME HERE!! Dr. Hieu Nguyen. She is so gentle with every patient...I have been terrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember. She can gas you if you puffer, Ii used to be a "I need the gas patient. Now all I need is novacaine and lay back listening to my music and let her do her thing. Her assistant are a wonderful as well.
