Fabulous adventure! Fun jeeps, beautiful scenery and awesome people who run the business. HIGHLY recommend this excursion.

We were greated by Denali when we got off the ship and were told where to go to get our Jeep. There were 4 ships in port so the line was long but they all handled it with grace and smiles on their face. Each person we dealt with was pleasant. We had a great time on our Jeep ride around Juneau. The GPS unit they have in the Jeep was the easiest thing to follow and brought us to where we wanted to go. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking to do a guided tour by yourself.

A must do while in Juneau. The Jeep was nice and clean. An iPad is mounted to the dashboard to help with navigation and provide a narrated history and information on Juneau and Alaska. We loved having the freedom to go where we wanted, but had the guidance from the iPad. They also provide car seats if needed and supplies to pan for gold! Pick up and return were quick and easy- plus the staff was professional and friendly.

AMAZING Jeep tour. Would definitely do the tour again. It's self guided so you can do the tour at your own pace. It brings you to all the beautiful local sites in the area. Met some friendly locals along the way. The tech inside worked well and followed our tour perfectly. Thank you!!! 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time on the jeep excursion! The jeeps were easy to find near the ship. They were very clean and ready for a fantastic day! Each Jeep has a self guided touring iPad installed. Very easy to use. You don’t have to do anything. Just follow the guided map. We were lucky enough to see a very large brown bear and black bear while driving to the sites!! Definitely recommended this Jeep company!!

Unplugged Alaska Jeep Tours has phenomenal customer service! They are super friendly and helpful. JT even was even our personal photographer when he saw us trying to take some selfie. 10/10 recommendation!

This is by far the best way to see Juneau! The guys who run the place were extremely helpful. The jeeps are all brand new and are beautiful. Jeeps come with an iPad with built-in GPS and a electronic tour guide to explain all the sites. We were able to see nearly every main “site” Juneau has to offer. Keep up the great work unplugged adventure!

I highly recommend renting a Jeep from Unplugged Adventures. If you like designing your own adventure without buses and crowds, you will love seeing Juneau by Jeep. Given the cost of a bus ticket or a cruise excursion, it is very cost effective as well. There's even an iPad with a pre-installed narrated tour. Such a nice change from the traditional bus tour. Narrated route and information about the area, animals, and everything. Go at your own pace and only the people you like the most get to go with you.

I do wish the ipad had a route time estimate for the remaining route time so we could better gauge how long we could spend at each stop.

We came into Juneau on a cruise ship and this was an awesome alternative to excursions you that you would purchase on the boat! Very reasonably priced. The Jeeps were all new and very well kept and the iPad inside that guides you to where you’re going while giving you the history about Juneau, Alaska, and the wildlife around you on the way was such a cool touch! My family likes going off on our own little adventures when vacationing and this was perfect!

Excellent Excursion! Loved going by ourselves at our own pace. The navigation system worked very well and the commentary was interesting about the animals and about each destination. The trip is customizable to what destinations you want to explore. We were supposed to see the Mendenhall Glacier first thing but it was covered by fog. We were able to go back to it when the fog lifted for some amazing photos. In a traditional excursion with a bus, that would not be optional. Highly recommend this company!

We rented a jeep from then for a shore excursion drinking an Alaskan cruise. We accidentally left something in the jeep. When we called and asked they promptly returned it to us, no extra charge. Wonderful customer service. Thank you!

We had an amazing time exploring Juneau in their like new Jeep. Such an efficient way to see as much as possible during our time off the cruise ship. The built in GPS was a big help! These guys are amazing and VERY helpful. Highly recommend Unplugged Adventures while in Juneau!

2 min walking distance from the cruise port!! We saw so much of Juneau in just a few hours. So much more affordable than any cruise tours and we got to do multiple things at our own pace. Brand new jeeps and they came with an iPad guide. It is a gps system that pinpoints all attractions and guides you there with lots of information about each place. This was such an amazing experience and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Juneau, specially if you have only a few hours from a cruise. It’s a great way to make the most of your port time!!
