Excellent staff and management, these guys really know what they are doing. The owner David has been in the industry for a very long time and has built great reputation in the area. The cars were in excellent condition and affordable. The team truly works with you and the banks to ensure a great deal with minimum down payment. I have always been skeptical of buying a used car but I was very pleased with their services and the vehicle I purchased.

We purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Carbridge. We couldn't find a better deal! We love the van. It was a very smooth and easy process to purchase it. I highly recommend this company and I would 100% buy from them again! The staff was very honest, friendly, and accommodating. Just an all around good experience! We've dealt with shady people before who want to take advantage of us, and this group of people restored my faith in humanity. Thank you David and Noel for everything!

OK! I've been to a lot of dealerships but none of them came close to their high level of hospitality and customer-focus. Outside of the super high quality inventory they have, my review will be on my experience in doing business with them.

Noel came out to greet me (as their office was a little difficult for me to locate) and showed me the car I was interested in checking out (was already ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, there were a few cosmetic concerns that Noel and Leo (the manager) assured would be addressed when purchased.

They were very accommodating in answering my questions about the car, allowed me to look under the hood, and even removed the plastic engine cover so I could look at the bare uncovered engine (was very well maintained). Unfortunately bc the car was basically brand new and well under market value (even with tags, taxes, etc--final price), the price wasn't flexible; however, Leo included the mechanical and cosmetic maintenance work I wanted to be done before the car would be in my possession (oil change, battery terminal protectors installed, total car detail) and even added free delivery to my home out of state, on top of that, they even bought me lunch from the Salvadorian restaurant across the street (and I'm from TX and not even TX dealerships offered as much as them and treated me as well as they did). This morning they drove to my house (out of state) to deliver my car!

When you are buying from them, you are not a customer, you are a member of their team and they have your back when finding the best plan to suit your affordability needs. I felt that vehicle-browsing pressure lifted off my back when I was working with them, and you will too knowing you have them in your corner. They will not lead you astray and will not pressure you in any capacity. They are an honest family-owned small business, and if I have to drive out of state to buy from them again, I will!

The experience I've had at this dealership is just simply amazing, i remember coming in as a first time buyer, leo the manager explained everything in detail of how everything goes. now ive purchased 3 cars from them. they have the best deals around the area. not having to mention how they treat you like family.

Overall, I had a great experience buying a car from the team at CarBridge Auto Motors, specifically Leo and Noel. I found a 2016 Honda Fit with low miles and Noel responded quickly. My wife and I came to see it and found it to be a good car overall with a few minor scratches. When I asked for them to give me a 3-day return policy so I could take it to my own mechanic to inspect, they said no problem. My mechanic found that the tires only had 5k miles left on them, so Leo and David immediately said that they'd fix them. They built in a good price to buff out the scratches and then agreed to detail the car as well. Leo and Noel have been easily reachable by phone and text, and they have kept in touch for status updates. The used car buying experience can be daunting, and it was a genuine breath of fresh air to have these folks be honest and hands-on. They are titling and registering the car for me, and I am going to recommend CarBridge to all of my friends.

My wife and I had a great experience working with the folks at CarBridge. We were shopping for our first vehicle--specifically, a used Honda Fit--after many years without a car, and we ended up with a great deal from CarBridge on a 2016 off-lease model with very low mileage. They also helped us navigate the buying process in coordination with USAA. Noel, our sales associate, was easygoing, knowledgeable, and fair. We really liked the "family business" feel of CarBridge, especially compared to big dealerships. Thanks, CarBridge!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have great cars with low miles and the cars are in good condition. I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Camry. I’m very happy with my purchase. My experience with Carbridge was overall great!

It was exceptionally nice to have a real person answer the phone. Staff was extremely proffessional and courteous. They were patient with me, through text driving many vehicles. There was no pressure. I bought a 2016 Honda accord. I am very happy with my new car and the experience I had with this dealership. I will definitely be returning when my children are of age to purchase their vehicles.

Very pleased with the service at Carbridge! Leo did a good job of keeping in touch. They very generously let us do a test drive around the area that ended up lasting almost 45 minutes (we did get a little lost :-)), but were very understanding. David did a great job as well, handling all of the paperwork and giving us a great deal! These folks are a little hard to find, but don't let that stop you from checking them out. Outstanding!

Off lease helped us find the perfect car for us, they searched their data base and found exactly what we were looking for at their second location in Arlington.
