Harris Teeter

Tasha in the deli is PHENOMENAL!! She went above and beyond to make sure my Dad and I had world class customer service. I literally came back twice in a week just to see her!!!! From slicing fresh onions to making sure the bread was fresh we will eat our cold cuts with a smile!!!

The new Harris Teeter is nothing short of impressive.

-Very large parking garage with easy access from S. George Mason and Columbia Pike. The parking garage is very well-lit with large parking spaces.

-There is an elevator and escalator to access the store from the parking garage. There is also a cart escalator which was very easy to use. (See photo.)

-The store is aesthetically pleasing with a beautiful modern design.

-The store is very large with an enormous inventory.

-Some of the speciality departments include store made pizza, florist, pharmacy, bakery, salad bar, hot food bar, and so much more.

-Lots of check-out lanes and several self-checkout lanes.

- A full service Starbucks.

-Large wine, beer and ale sections with lots of craft beverage choices.

-Friendly staff.

-I recommend free enrollment in the Harris Teeter savings program.

Hasna at 6 am in Sunday Morning helped me to decorate birthday cake ..even the person in charge was not there ..she helped to choose ,prices ..also abdeilah helped late night with groceries to the garage .what team .what nice place place..great experience ..thank you guys ..I will be back again and againn

Everything is clean and organized, staff so friendly to my baby! Want more organic fruit options but doesn’t change mind - this is enjoyable store and staff

Pros: very clean, comfortable shopping experience, and great store managers,

Cons: you can not use Apple pay or any other way to pay by phone, only physical card or cash. Hope that will change soon as they said so.

When I came to the check out I saw they don’t accept pay by phone but only card/cash. At the end, one of the store manager/assistant, Isabel, help me by paying, I told her I am gonna pay back regardless she insist no, and said pass it on the help. Sure I do. And i am going to pay back tomorrow.

Employees here very nice and polite, I know they don’t get paid enough to deal with rude customers. Please give them raises, they're trying their best to provide excellent customer service. Much love to all the workers there.

New store, nice setup. We got fish from the seafood section, and it was a good dinner. Monday all fresh made pizzas are $7.99, and their pizza is a very filling dough and crust, not crunchy, but the kind where you won't go hungry.

The employees working at Harris Teeter are friendly, polite, professional and appear to be satisfied with their jobs. Please give them raises and incentives as well as encouragement during these extraordinary times.

This is the friendliest Harris Teeter I have ever been to. Every staff member from the butcher to the guy sweeping the floor will go out of their way to find what you're looking for even if it means running to the other end of the store. Anytime I walk in every single staff member looks up and says hello. The atmosphere is bright and clean and the products are organized.

I shop always from this location this is very clean store and there is a women by the name of Tracy she is really nice with the customers I really appreciate her cooperate with shoppers.

This is a brand new store. It's very well laid out and offers a great number of options. I only shopped at the pharmacy and fresh fruits and vegetables, but everything was easy to find and staff was helpful. Parking is free. Because it's so new, it wasn't very crowded despite being days before Thanksgiving. I'm sure it will become busier, but go now while you'll have the store to yourself.

This new Harris Teeter is awesome. The employees have been helpful and I enjoy their weekly hot food specials. This is one of the closest grocery stores to my apartment. The location makes for a great walk or quick drive. I am able to so far always find what I'm looking for.

I’m a huge fan of this new Harris Teeter. They’re prices are fantastic and all their staff, from the cashiers, to the deli, to the seafood counter, are all really friendly and love to help customers. Big shout out to Jack at the weekend omelet station! Thanks for being so awesome!

I am impressed with high level of customer service at this Harris Teeter. Great selection of healthy Food ,wide assortment of everything (vegetables,meats..).
Saadia was our chef , she is also an over the Roed trucker (rapid attention,polite,happy,funny),we need more people like her in this world,she deserves a raise and praise.

A nice new Harris Teeter location. The underground parking is nice especially on a rainy day. The store has two elevators and a cart escalator to get carts between the store and the parking garage. The floor space of the store is not as large as the store on Glebe road but they did have a wide selection of products through out the store. The service was very good with multiple staff asking if I needed help finding particular items. There is a Columbia Pike and a George Mason exit from the parking garage.

I was in the absolute worse mood today and who knew going to Harris Teeter would cheer me up. I was in the deli section and this employee named Saadia started helping me out. Even with a mask on she could tell I was in a bad mood. She talked to me and her energy was so radiant that our short conversation cheered me up. The service is absolutely impeccable.

I love this place. I’ve called this HT twice to give compliments on the service we have received. I find myself here at least once a week. Their sushi is pretty good and the sales are great (especially on produce)!

This is a hip and trendy urban grocery store that has good quality stuff at a reasonable price. I probably like Harris Teeter a little better than I like Giant. However, they are comparable grocery stores. I tend to shop at the one that has a sale on something that I need. It is actually pretty high praise to say that Harris Teeter is probably as good as Giant

Its always a pleasure for me and family to do our shopping at this location. The main reason we always come back here is because of their great customer service and most of all one of their bright associates, Thank you Philip N. for your wonderful personality and always help us with our groceries it really means a lot for our family, I hope Management can reward this wonderful employee 👍

New Harris Teeter is Awesome! It has everything you want in a Grocery Store, including a Starbucks & a nice eating area. Plus it has a lovely Courtyard with a Fountain... A small Paradise in S Arlington. The prices are standard Harris Teeter- some things are reasonable & others are slightly overpriced. But the overall experience it's excellent.:-)
