I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition and the service was excellent. This was the first lot I've visited that had a variety of quality used cars and trucks. The staff was very flexible and worked with me. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them as well as refer them to everyone I know.

I purchased a used 2009 Mercedes Benz C300 two months ago and was in excellent condition for a very good price. They provided good service and assisted me very well when purchasing my first car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used/new car.

I just stepped into the lot to look at the cars, no real intent to buy....ended up with an amazing 2006 Lexus RH400H and even made new friends. Sayed received us, and was a gentleman throughout the process, patiently showing us car after car, and answering all the questions, with a big bright smile. Even in the office, they are all so nice.

I then worked with John to secure financing at an amazing rate, bad credit and all. John has put in so much time to help me out and always made sure I was comfortable with the monthly payments....

I like that they are honest & not just focused on trying to make a sale. I purchased a Lexus Rx350 & now i have 2nd vehicle... a Acura Mdx. I've had no issues, cars are in great condition & very reliable. If you need a car fast..you're looking for a nice ride that is reliable & affordable thn i highly recommend this place. I have been looking for a quality used car for over a year. I've been very patient and was waiting for the perfect vehicle. Over the past year, I looked at over a dozen cars in person and hundreds of others on-line. I came a cross the perfect vehicle at Hillwood auto. A beautiful Toyota 4runner Sport. 4runners hold their value and the one that I saw at Hillwood was in great condition and priced similar to the market price. The price was just a little too much. I worked with Sayed and Mohammed over a couple of days and we finally worked out a fabulous price that I was very happy with. It was clear that they did not make a ton of Money on this deal but it really came down to the their understanding and making their customer happy.

They have been in the business for a while and it is clear that they know used cars and the value of the cars they sell. Don't believe the all the negative reviews but check it out for yourself. It's true that not all of the cars they sell are new but they are not a new car dealership. Older used cars will sometimes have problems and that should be a given. Don't buy a used car if you want it to work like a new car. If your looking for a quality used car at a great price, give Hillwood Auto a chance. I am extremely picky and know exactly what I want to buy and what I want to pay. This usually causes problems for me but not here. They knew how much I wanted this 4runner and really worked VERY hard to get the price inline. I bought the truck and felt very good about the entire experience.
