I love taking the bus for transportation because when you are stuck without a vehicle it is the best. You get to know your bus driver. I am glad they are helping you out on where you need to go and when and where to pick you up with the next bus when you need them. They are excellent when it comes to direction into letting know which bus to take to your destination. I only take the bus when I need it. Sometimes I take the bus especially when I have to go to the store and my husband has the car. I use a shopping cart and it only holds 4 to 5 bags. It can't take like 8 to 12 bags. That is when you need the car. But other then that the drivers are excellent.

Look for Fran! Fran the bus driver was the best! Was so helpful and kind when telling us about bud schedules! He even went out of his way to tell us about a different bus coming after his that would take us to our destination faster! Fran was great! Look out for man with silver earring!! Thank you Fran!! :)

The busses are often either early or late. I can't overstate how frustrating it is when you arrive at the bus stop on time just to find out the bus already came and went. However, the busses have been becoming increasingly closer to their scheduled times, which shows me the PVTA is trying to fix this.

For a transit authority they’re awful about scheduling and seem to fail to understand that working class people need busses that run consistently and on an actual every 15-30 minute schedule. Embarrassingly terribly run, we pay too much money to have such inconsistent scheduling. The colleges aren’t everything people use these things to get to work. Absolutely insulting.

I'm driving on I-91 Northbound and I see your PVTA bus 1831/G73E entering I-91 from one of the Holyoke exits. I'm all the way in the right lane so I merge into the middle lane to allow the bus to get on the highway and the driver decides to merge all the way into the middle lane nearly hitting me, forcing me to hit by brakes hard in the rain and making me need to quickly go into the left lane. Your bus drivers act like they own the road, which they do not, and when they see that I am going the right speed and I need into the correct lane they should have slowed down to let me finish passing in the lane I was already in.

I want to give 0 stars but i can't, the reason is because, i called the number given and only got an automated voice giving me options, i am not able to talk directly to a person, as a business, i expect more, i should not have to deal with automated responses to talk to a person reguarding purchasing a bus ticket.
