I really enjoy this practice and even drive from the inner city just to come here. I moved here from out of state and saw this location was in my network so I gave them a try. I have had 2 visits so far and everything has been great. I see Madelyn Coppock, who is a nurse practitioner here, and she was quick to get me new refills and prescriptions. She also was quick to send out referrals to some specialists I needed to see. They have an easy to use online system and I love how I can message her/ her nurse anytime!

I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes from my appointment time. I've enjoyed all the np's and pa's as well. Specifically, Dr. Siedlecki takes his time with me. Great practice.

Staff here are super friendly! Fast and efficient with the check-in process. Very professional during your appointment, attentive to any issues you may relay.

I am a physician myself. I have been seeing Dalia since I was in medical school. She is an amazing provider. I now live in Alexandria Virginia but still drive an hour and a half each way to see her. She makes me feel comfortable, always listens, is empathetic, understanding and always approaches patient care with shared decision making.

Dalia Elsayed, NP is absolutely wonderful. She is always so personable, thorough, and willing to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed and always feel cared for and heard. She is AMAZING!

Dr. John Siedlecki is by far the best PCP I've had in all of my 50+ years of adult life. Although I only go to see him once a year and in case of minor issues, he makes a point of knowing not only about my health, but about me personally. He is the most respectful physician I've ever seen and only recommends and prescribes what's necessary for me to thrive or to deal with injuries and illnesses.

My husband Robert and I had our yearly physicals today with Maddie Coppock, NP. We had seen Brenda for the last 5 years and were nervous about switching to someone we’d never even met. Maddie was absolutely delightful! She has a wonderful bedside manner and is caring, empathetic & very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to our needs & concerns. We look forward to seeing her next year for our checkups. Family Practice is lucky to have her as part of their team!

Dr. Patrick Turner is literally the best doctor I have ever had. He takes his time, REALLY listens to your concerns, and always follows through. He remembers me and things about me even though I really only go once a year. I feel comfortable talking with him about anything. I hope he never leaves Richmond. I can’t recommend him enough!!!

I have been with FPSR for about 8 years. I originally went because of a professional relationship I had with one of the physician's there and now see one of his NPs. I can't say enough about Dalia. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailor my care to match my values and current evidence in medicine. The front desk staff is proficient and kind and I can almost always get in within 48 hours. They have in house x-ray and labs, so no need to go anywhere else. Please remember that healthcare staff are slammed right now more then usual. You may wait a little bit, but the quality healthcare is worth it.

Family practice associates is one of the best group of doctors you will find anywhere. Dr David Turner is the most caring, knowledgeable, and professional doctor I have ever met in 45 years. If you want the best! Don't settle for less!
