Great outside seating with decent view of water and pentagon. Casual with basic, solid eats. Great spot to park for bike rides and island time is perfect to spot to finish a ride. Live music today plus great weather…can’t beat it.

One of Arlington’s best kept secrets! What a positively delightful spot. Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices and delicious food all define this place in view of a marina on the Potomac. I found nothing lacking for what my heart would desire on a Friday afternoon in July. I ordered the chicken caesar salad wrap. I was not disappointed. This had to be one of the best said wraps I have had. A generous portion of crispy, fresh fries was included. I left a happy, satiated man and look forward to coming back.

Very nice setting at the marina. The crab soup was delicious. The cheeseburger was very good with hearty chips and a crisp pickle. The wings were served nice and hot and they were very tasty. Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager is on draft. The service was excellent! Very prompt, friendly, professional. Parking is convenient and free.

Beautiful rain or shine island-like restaurant bar that is a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just a quick 8 minute drive from Georgetown, DC, you 'll feel like you're in another world. Peaceful views and a tranquil pace.There is a canopy to shield you from too much rain or sun, and picnic tables on the grassy area. Some seating inside as well with a few tbs for sports, etc. Different outside games around the periphery change, usually its corn hole, volley ball, and some frisbee games. Service typically quite good, food generally on point, drinks are refreshing. There are bathrooms inside, and outside bathrooms for boat slip holders.

Nice chill lunch time area. Nice views. Wings were fatty. Burger was nice and juicy. The orange crush drink was the bomb! Would love to come here one evening just for drinks. Great atmosphere.

Hosted a Birthday Party here for my wife recently and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I booked the place sight-unseen just based on my conversations with Bruce (GM). He was extremely accommodating and his staff was amazing. Got a little worried when there was a possible lack of tables for the party as the place was a little busier than we expected, but Bruce assured us that there would be- He was right, we were good. The food and beverages were excellent and the setting is quite unique. People were having a good time and libations were flowing, so when it came time to settle up the tab, I was fearing that I could possibly need to max out my credit card on this one, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Many guests gave the venue high marks and were shocked that they'd never heard of it before; noting that they will be back. Bruce made the process so easy and took a ton off of my plate as the lone planner for a surprise birthday.

You can't find a friendlier place with a better view. A hidden gem. Delicious peel and eat shrimp and crabcakes. Plenty of parking.

Simply amazing! The food was delicious specious de fries and the fried shrimps. Location it’s just awesome and the owner was lovely! Very recommended and great for any party, Sunday lunch or just have a great time with friends.

Great place to stop off the Mt Vernon trail. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced and the quality is great. The orange and grapefruit crushes are killer.

I love taking people here. It’s a really nice hidden gem. Its fun to pretend you’re on vaycay and get a tropical drink while enjoying the cool breeze off the water.

Bumped into this place biking. Did not know it was here. Loved it. Relaxed atmosphere, reasonable food and drink prices. We will be back.

I literally found this place by accident, taking a wrong turn off of the Mount Vernon Trail towards the Columbia Island Marina. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised.

Island Time reminds me a lot of Redfin Blues in Pittsburgh's Washington's Landing: a marina-side bar and grill with great food and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spot seemed popular not only with boaters, but also cyclists from the Mount Vernon Trail.

The food was fresh and delicious, the service was great. Overall, I would recommend as a stopping point on your next trail ride.

Great location that gives a view of more flying helicopters and commercial air traffic going in and out of DCA. A bit pricey, but the location is one of a kind.

Great spot for a covered patio with fair-priced food and drinks. Dogs allowed on grass area.
