Called for a fix to a leak behind the wall of my upstairs bathroom. Rob (owner) came out and cut through my drywall to expose multiple leaks coming from several pipes. He was able to replace all the bad pipes and explain in detail everything he was going to do beforehand. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This company has sent over 3 different technicians and they have all been great (changing pipes, toilet installation, and changing water pressure regulator) I will continue to call them in the future for my plumbing needs. I always recommend them to anyone I know.

Had Able Plumbing out to fix three toilets. Rob (the owner) came out, he was a very nice polite man who explained everything as he was doing the work. He is honest and didn’t try to sell me on anything that didn’t need doing! He is a small local business that has been here for 30 yrs. I thought I might have an issue with the third toilet, but he said it was fine; who does that in this day of “get every cent you can!” Will definitely use him again with any plumbing problem. The lady that answers the phone is lovely too, she was so nice & answered all my questions, a pleasure to deal with.

We have used Able Plumbing for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. They are a reliable, fair, and trustworthy plumbing team. Rob and Nelson have done many plumbing projects in our house from small to large including a major upgrade to our main line bathroom plumbing. Had a high water bill so I called Fairfax Water who came out and confirmed I had a leak. Able Plumbing was recommended on Nextdoor so after doing some internet searches I called them.

They answered my call immediately and came the next day. Rob gave me some suggestions on how to find the leak and I was able to rule out the possibility of a water main leak before he showed up saving time and money.

Rob found I had a leaky toilet and repaired it quickly and for a reasonable price. So refreshing to find a honest helpful reliable plumber for a good price.

This review is about customer service over the phone. We have not yet had Able Plumbing come out and work for us. I called Able Plumbing at about 8:20am regarding a leaky bathroom faucet. The reception/dispatcher is awesome. Fast, efficient, and, actually, very funny and with great personality. She had someone ready to go, literally, in five minutes. Other companies I called either stopped working on condos and wouldn't come out, or were booked up for days. My spouse decided to let the building handyman give it a shot first (I'm not comfortable about this, but let's keep peace in the family and agree to let him try.) I called back to Able, spoke with Henry, and told him the situation. He was respectful, polite, and ready to come out if the situation changed. If their workmanship is anything like their customer service, I will be very happy with the outcome. I will definitely call them for plumbing work the next time a problem arises.

I'm very grateful to Rob for being honest and open about the installation process and all of the fees that would be part of the process. I haven't gotten any work done by them, YET, but his honest open approach was very much appreciated and he was very responsive to my questions. Also not very many business owners are comfortable losing business to a warranty company. Rob was very candid and not pushy about giving me a long list of reasons of why I should use them instead of my warranty company. Keep up the good work Rob, because you have definitely earned my trust and I will be saving your number to give you all a call in case I need help with future services or potentially replacing our hot water heater.

The owner came my house and completed the plumbing work fast. He was professional and kind. Able's price for plumbing is the best in Fairfax County. My neighbor referred this company, and I will refer this amazing company to others. Wow! I had a problem on a holiday weekend and feared the worst, but Able Plumbing was easy to reach, provided prompt / high quality service all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service!!!! Able Plumbing has been to my house several times over the past several years and I could not be happier with their service. They have always been willing to squeeze us in to their very busy schedule, even though you can tell they are very busy. Rob and his team have always gone the extra mile to take care of us and are always responsive no matter what the issue. Today they rushed over to fix my shower and were here within an hour of our call. Once, we had a major leak in our basement when a pipe froze and they were here first thing in the morning. Another time I called them to find a leak when water stains started to show through the drywall. Every time we have called on them they have been responsive, polite, and professional. I have never had to call them back on any work they have done and they are always willing to discuss any concern I have. In Northern Virginia, where it is so hard to find reliable service, I have come to depend on them.

Doesn't get any better than this. Quick, reasonable cost, cleaned up afterwards. Saved me from a mess. 2 bad plumbing experiences during the past 10 years so was expecting the worst. Able is my go to plumber in the future.

Excellent experience. Called on a Saturday looking for an estimate for a non-emergency, got a straight answer over the phone and the owner was here Tuesday. Highly recommended.

Rob the owner came to my house to fix the sprayer on the kitchen sink, he came back a few days later with all parts and made the repair. I would use him again for sure.
