Giant Food

My husband was diagnosed with brain cancer while I was pregnant- needless to say it’s been a rough time for us, especially when the baby arrived. Giant pick up has been awesome and helped relieve some stress. We’ve been using it for about a year now. Everyone is nice and food is always fresh. If they happen to be out of stock, the staff always let me know and offer to substitute with something else.

This Giant location, while it doesn't always have what we need, is always equipped with most things, is close by conveniently, and has the most friendliest staff, for the most part. When I say staff, I would like to point out specifically, Gail, Cecilia, Rubina and the older produce guy with the glasses who are always hospitable, genuinely friendly, have outstanding customer service and are always willing to help. Coming here is almost always pleasant, convenient, and painless. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Clean store. Very organized. Friendly staff. Some items were out of stock, but understand the supply chain challenges. Would love Giant Foods to sell produce, meat, etc from local family farms.

Easy access, great parking, good selection, fast check out

This is a great store. Recently updated to include all the new bells and whistles within the old footprint, I find it easy to shop and pleasing to be in. I found everything on my list but one novelty ice cream item that may have been seasonal. Produce was exemplary.

Everything in its place, and the shelves stocked. Every department was inviting for a pleasant shopping experience. The Pharmacy department was impressive with its lighting and display of products. Prices are a little higher than the competition but there is much more variety to choose from, etc.

Amidst everything that is happening with this pandemic, this giant has done a really good job of trying to keep the shelves stocked, the store clean and both its customers and employees safe. It's less crowded than some of the bigger stores around (which I prefer regardless of what is happening in the world) and the staff are friendly without being overbearing.

I have been coming to this location since I moved to Virginia. they are overall very friendly people, but sometimes as a customer when you wake up from the wrong side and you have a moody day and you walk in and someone from customer service suddenly greets you in such a friendly and sweet way that changes your entire mood and makes feel so blessed and precious. I would say angles do exist in the shape of humans. and this sweet angel named: MEREDITH literally changed my day brought a smile on my face and to be honest I absolutely spent the rest of my day with positive vibes. her talent of customer service and communications level should be highly appreciated.

The inventory is high and easily accessible. I appreciate the ease of access for quick purchases with multiple self checkouts. They always have numerous specials on various meats. The produce is fresh and organized. I am in at least twice a week due to grocery shopping as well as quick buys.

Personnel are always helpful and willing to answer questions. Super clean store and lot of selections

Had a really amazing experience today with 3 guy Matthew, Ben and the other guy I forgot his name but it was his birthday today turning 18 I believe but the point I’m trying to get at is these three guys should get notice at their job a hand clap or something special. good job guys good customer service.

Excellent customer service. Great fresh and quality produce. No hassle pick up and delivery and on time. So grateful to the staff for all they do esp during the pandemic.. Stay safe❤

There are so many Giants around in my area. Be sure, you are picking up from the one you are ordered from! I was so sure it's the other one, because of street name. If you order delivery or picking up, Giant could replace the out of stock item with the available one. Happy shopping!

I honestly love Giant even though I don't shop there much... They just have some great stuff and everything you want really. Prices are fair but you get what you pay for. May make this a regular shipping place.

It was fine except they don't have organic apples out on the shelf not in the bag seperate without the bag I don't know what happened but its been like that for 4 weeks

Shawn the guy at the deli is very nice and deserves a raise. Every time I come he’s very nice and patient when I go to pick different foods. Nicest guy I’ve met.

You can come to this Giant any day of the week and will always get great service. The staff is friendly and they know where everything is. The store is clean, the parking lot is clean, the bathrooms are clean

Good self checkouts. Everyone is in the same line so you don't have to wait and try and guess who will finish checking out first. Smaller location but the have most of the things I am looking for

Fresh produce, clean store, well stocked, friendly staff. Prices are reasonable even great there is always some sale going on. what else can anyone else ask.
