Superior custom service! Recently I had a business trip the following morning and needed my dry cleaning for the trip. I was caught in traffic on the bridge. I called to ask the closing time, and the manager said she would wait for me. When I arrived 20 minutes after closing I was surprised to see her patiently waiting for me. She was smiling and just as courteous as always. The best customer service in the DC area!

I’ve been using Uptown for 5 years now and I’ve been pleased. The service is good as well as the product. If I forget something in my suit it always returned in a small bag at pick up.
