Have gone several times to get my things dry cleaned. They never answer the phone, and they ironed a suit with the pocket flaps outside after I had expressly told the man I wanted the suit ironed with the pocket flaps inside. Furthermore, they lost my material composition tag that I wanted to keep for a nice 3 piece suit that was a linen and cotton blend. Most dry-cleaners understand that you leave what you find in the pockets...
