Wowwww! Mario my boy, you did a wonder, amazing, exceptional job with the medical message today. Man, I got into a car accident not too long ago and, ever since, my spine has been in pain and my neck, hips, and lower back have gotten worst. Oh but today, I got a medical massage by Mario and it was phenomenal. It is definitely worth the price (even though insurance is covering it). I will still pay the price and more. Well done young man!

Great initial experience with a Deep Tissue Massage! It helped to give me more range of motion in my shoulders and helped me to do better on my Army Combat Fitness Test the next day! I will return!

Hands down Jessica is the best massage therapist. I’m 7 months pregnant and was in a lot of pain, Jessica made sure she took very good care of me with my prenatal massage making sure she massaged parts of my body I didn’t even know was needed. She was patient, respected my privacy, and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. I feel so much better after she took care of me and I can’t wait to book her again.

Best place to get a medical massage, the therapists are specially trained, very knowledgeable. Had my first session today, already booked my next one. I used a Groupon, but their regular prices are excellent!! Can't wait to go back.

I purchased a Groupon for a deep tissue massage and identified the problem areas as lower back and shoulders. Mr. Dan, however, did neck, legs, arms... not my lower back. The time ran out and I asked if he intended on hitting my requested spots and that lasted for two minutes. Where I appreciate the additional massaging it wasn't what I was expecting. The client needs to be heard. PLEASE CHANGE THE MUSIC. I have never had a massage listening to r&b and hip-hop. I asked about that too and it continued playing. Please review other comments. We are in agreement .

The service was good and massage therapist was friendly. I came in for a deep tissue massage so was surprised that my arms and shoulders were neglected. I'm used to arms and shoulders being included in Full Body massages. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend this particular service for those expecting a true full massage. It was also a little loud in the office so noise reduction could really improve the overall experience and environment.

Echoing the concerns of previous clients:
I made my appointment online for 10am but someone called me saying that time wasn’t available, so I rescheduled for 9-9:50am. He advised me to arrive 10 minutes early. I also had to pay for my appointment in advance.
When I got there, the door was open but the lights were out and there was no one to greet me. At 9:03am the massage therapist, Carl, arrived gave me the paper work to fill out. Around 9:10am I finally was brought to the massage room. The ambience was uninviting and cheaply set up. The air smelled like rancid oil. The sheets and blanket were dark brown and visibly old, felt cheap and smelled musty. The bar on the head rest was uncomfortable, there was some bar that pressed into my brow. Music was playing from the massage therapist’s cellphone.
I proceeded to explain the muscle groups I needed to focus on. Carl flattered me for supposedly knowing so much about the body.
Carl engaged in awkward conversation the entire session, flattering me about how my muscles are so much different than other clients’, asked me about my Zodiac sign, and didn’t apply the deep tissue pressure I had asked for. He made a big deal of addressing a not on my rib cage, “definitely need to turn over for this one” so I offered to put my sports bra back on and he turned around, shut the blinds (I didn’t notice the were even open, and I had already undressed once). Carl then just pressed his thumb into my rib (the muscle group is actually in my back and needed a deep tissue kneading) and had me take deep breaths. After it was over, Carl reentered the massage room to change the sheets before I even finished putting on my shoes.
This is a cheap place that is run by unprofessionals with no expertise in sports medicine, so they can’t actually help you despite their claims. It’s hard to understand how they’re still operating. Transactional treatment.

I share the same sentiments of other reviewers. I purchased a Groupon and truly regret it. The massage from Carl was the worst massage I have ever had in my life. He quite obviously suffers from a severe disability that limits his ability to move around quickly, which wasted so much time during the massage while he took a long time moving around the table, positioning my limbs, getting oil, etc. Each limb only got two or three strokes in each position. But that aside, the skill level was incredibly poor for a deep tissue massage. He asked where I had concerns, and confirmed it, but then barely hit that area. By the time so much time was wasted on other nonsense, I had to ask him to get that area just to make sure it was done before time ran out. The massage was mostly just stretching and amateur rubbing with pressure… quality much like if your boyfriend offers to give you a massage after a night drinking at the bar. I tipped just to be nice, which gutted me even more. Although Carl was a friendly fella, this appears to be a scam and I wonder how they continue to operate and pay the rent other than the simple fact it’s practically impossible to get a refund for a massage that’s already been performed. Pulling a “gotcha” on Groupon customer may be how they are surviving, especially in this high rent area. (And other reviewers are right.. the place smells stale and it’s not a spa environment. It’s a cluttered medical suite.)

Awful. $130 out the window. Massage therapist, Carl, was highly unprofessional and lacked any expertise. I've had several professional massages and I think this must have been the worst I've ever had, barely chiseled away at my muscle knots (a couple days later and the knots are alive & well) and FAR from therapeutic. He talked through nearly the entire 80 minute appointment, awkwardly mentioned it'd be better to remove my bra during appointment after asking me to strip to my own comfort level, had no sense of direction and kept asking for my guidance even after I drew out my trouble areas on my intake form, and I will never forget the feeling of his greasy arm hairs running across my back. I asked him to have the doctor (he was the only one in the office at the time) contact me about acupuncture for TMJ issues (also hoping to voice my grievances) - never received a call. Needless to say I will NEVER go back!

Finally received a call, two weeks later and no one even asked about my experience just let me know they lost my CC info and needed to charge me.

I called to ask for price rates, after they gave me the rate, and while I was STILL in the middle of talking, they just hang up my call! This happened right after I said I haven’t decide whether I’m gonna set up appointment or not.
Just some information for people may wanna go in the future, be careful to their bad attitude!

I would not recommend. Only got few minutes Hot Stone for 50 mins hot stone massage. Regretted that paid for hot stone massage. Dirty and smelly sheets felt sorry for the time and money.

Avoid this place at all cost! This is a shame business with little to no real services to assist you. Go to reputable therapists and chiropractors in another area. These folks will try to rip you off and stick you with a bill. Stay away.
