10 out of 10 recommend! Tina was attentive, intuitive, soft and strong. Absolutely amazing service! Truly the whole staff is amazing including the receptionist so accommodating with my reservation that I admittedly pushed back and she was nothing other than sweet about it. I will most definitely be back soon!

I've had considerable pain for the past 11 months, i visit Crystal Waters frequently. The place is clean and staff is attentive, friendly and give great Massage. One must be very clear what one wants and my experience is they deliver every time. I've given two massage as gifts and both friends say it was the best massage they have ever had. SKY, that's his name gives a fantastic massage. Highly recommend .

My husband and I went for a couple's deep tissue massage. One of the best massages with lots of pressure. The staff were very polite too. Clean and calm place. Will go back whenever in town. Paid $80 per person for an hour. Bring cash as there is surcharge for card payments.

Excellent, caring service. Best massage I have ever received and affordable pricing. Booked a couples’ massage the same day. We arrived a few mins late (lost tourists) and this did not impact our quality of service. The masseuses were extremely professional and knowledgeable, always checked to ensure the experience was enjoyable. I would fly back just to get a massage here.

Excelente massage. The sheets smelled like they were just washed and the detergent they use smells nice. If your criteria is cleanliness and the quality of the massage, this is a great option and that’s why I gave it 5 stars. The rest of this review is nitpicking and is meant to provide more details about this place. The rooms don’t have doors and the walls are not floor to ceiling. Therefore, you will hear conversations, footsteps, hot stone and you might even be able to tell what stage of the massage the next room might be in. So if this going to prevent you from enjoy your massage, maybe go during slower times of the day and week. The face down pillow was too thin and kept moving around. This is typical for the type of table that is used.

Had such a good deep tissue massage here, haven’t felt that relaxed in months, they really made an effort to target all my high stress areas in my shoulders and back — everyone that works here truly cares about your experience with them! I will definitely be back!

First time client here. I have to say, the service is very affordable and the quality is very high.
I had a tough week ( I am a nurse) and my shoulders were pure cement by the end of Friday. Very deep persistent knots.
The young lady that took care of me was gentle yet thorough. And I am very grateful I found this little gem of a spa right here near my home.

As a first-time client, I must express my satisfaction with the service provided. The affordability of the service combined with its high quality truly impressed me. Due to the nature of my work, I spend at least 12 hours a day sitting in front of a computer, which has resulted in severe back pain and persistent, deep knots. The young lady who attended to me was both gentle and thorough in her approach, and I am immensely grateful to have discovered this hidden gem of a spa.

Because I don't get massages frequently, the therapists have their work cut out for them. But after deep tissue massage here, I am left feeling relaxed and able to tackle life again!

This place is truly a gem. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. I tried a lot of places around the area and this is by far the best. And the best massages I’ve gotten in my entire life, and trust me I have had MANY throughout my life. I go once a month at a minimum. I think what makes it the best massage is that they really know what they’re doing and can find where you’re tight/have a lot of tensions. For me, I had a lot of tension in my hips and the techniques used left me incredibly impressed (and of course feeling amazing after). I consistently have great massages even when it was different people. I brought my mom here when she visited and she said it was the best massage she’s ever had.

The environment is great. Beds are super comfy, and the temperature is always perfect. Never too cold. Everyone is super friendly.

I also love that the prices have stayed consistent since I’ve been going there. I cant recommend this place enough!

Best massage I’ve EVER gotten. I’ve had many massages and this was definitely a top experience. The people are super friendly, the ambiance is very cozy and relaxing. I always have a great experience at this massage place. The massages are top-notch and always leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated- other places I haven’t liked as much.

However, the tipping system is a bit out of hand - a minimum of 20% seems like a stretch. Maybe they should start calling it a "tip massage" instead?

Ask for Mia. I have tried countless massage places over the years and this was an answer to my prayers.
I can't speak to other masseuses at Crystal Water, but Mia has an almost sixth sense when it comes to finding and fixing your pain points.

Wonderful foot massage. I feel like I am 14 after a long day at work and taking care of kids. I was barely dragging my feet when I got there and went for an hour long walk after feeling completely happy and light

Incredible experience. My S/O and I did the 90 min couples massage and it was pure bliss. His highlight was the foot massage, mine was the hot stones. The whole experience felt like it lasted a lifetime, we were transported! Definitely give this place a shot if you’re looking to completely unwind.
