Gold's Gym - Chantilly

Fantastic gym! Love this place - very clean, you can almost always get the equipment you’re looking for, great pool facilities, and the staff are awesome.

Really: I’ve had a lot of good, positive interactions, training sessions, and conversations with almost everyone who works here: from the GM to the accountant- they’re all amazing and always willing to help out. All-Star gym! Can’t recommend enough!

Gold’s Gym has helped me so much with my hip replacement. Mariah is my personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She had helped me pre surgery and now is working with me post surgery. I am back on the tennis courts because of her. Thank you so much!

This location is amazing! I’ve been going here since they opened and the previous location. The manager Johnathan, who has been at this location for some time has grown into this role and is by far the best in the business.
The location is always clean, equipped is in amazing working condition. The organized classes from what I observed are run well. My only complaint is a few personal trainers are not that personable and have not been impressed however, a few of the new personal trainers seem to be more engaging, friendlier, and have their game face of excellence!
The gym is well established and I recommend highly!

I like this gym a lot. The equipment is good quality and it's nice to see the same people working out regularly. I switched to a cheaper gym for a year and the ellipticals there were not great for my knees so I came back to Gold's.

The main downside for me is that the lifting area is not very private. Some regulars wouldn't mind but I would love to be able to use a side room.

I had a wonderful experience with personal training at this Gold's as well. The cost adds up but it was a life changing experience for me!

This is very clean, equipments are well maintained, the pool and the hot tubs are good. The staff are super friendly. The yoga and aerobic classes are so good. We love this gym. John is very courteous and efficient. We have been using this facility since a ling time and never had a single issue. Even though we do not subscribe to any special trying programs we always get help with a smile from Jonathan. Great place.

The gym has a great location, plenty of safe parking. Every kind of workout under the sun. Most of the classes are free within the membership price. For example there are three different types of yoga classes. The pool is the cleanest I have ever seen. There is always an open lane as people don't seem interested so much in swimming. The staff is. Congenial and Anthony is especially knowledgeable. The people who workout at the club are generally friendly.I have never seen the gym crowded never. Spin classes are notoriously expensive but are free till the end of the year. Don't waste your opportunity, they are great fun! The custodial women do a superb job the club is spotless! Some of the negative critiques may be legitimate but for the most part they are written by hypersensitive whiners wanting to vent you know the type. Join the club I guarantee you will enjoy the experience!

Love the gym, atmosphere and trainers. I've been an active member for a year now visiting the gym on average three days a week and it's always clean and well kept. The folks at the front desk have always been pleasant. Definitely the best gym experience I've had to date.

I’m so glad that they offer Zumba classes (and many more other classes) it has been a great help to my workout routine. I atleast can make it to three classes per week due to perfect timings in the evening. I’m also a huge fan of the sauna in the locker room. The staff are all very friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns. The staff they hire for maintenance and cleanliness of the establishment are very professional and friendly. I truly appreciate their hard work. This facility is very welcoming, clean, reasonable, and a motivational environment.

I had a great time going here, the instructors were very enthusiastic. Then, when I was not comfortable going due to the pandemic the manager was very accommodating with my account hold requests and made it very easy to cancel when it was time. This is a great place with great people!

I go to 4 differents Gold gym location in Arlington but this one is the least safe as far as COViD 19 preventions.
Beside the people who are doing cardio, on a busy time I was surrounded by a least 12 people without any Masks protection in the weight lift area.
I complained to the manager but after 20 min still no enforcement of masks wearing by gym member.

Today I came back to give one more try and the Managment stepped up their game!
I m very happy and proud of all the efforts of management team to remind people to wear the mask properly during work out.
I felt much more safe and I hope they ll keep this high standard till covid is not longer dangerous.

Jacuzzi is a nice way to wrap up a workout and the gym is pretty clean - not nearly as smelly as some gyms get. Little annoying when some of things are slow to get repaired, but still better than other gyms I've used.

Quite descent place with a high variety of equipment and large locker rooms. Friendly staff and fitness classes everyday for any member. I just found it a little too pricey. I guess the class are worth more than 50$ monthly, so I'd say it's reasonable.

A great Gold's Gym location, very friendly staff, a lot of machines and a lot of good fitness classes. Highly recommend Zumba class Tuesday night with Michael. He's an awesome Zumba instructor, Gold's Gym is lucky to have him (though the class is high paced, if you're a novice you might struggle a little bit, but it's lot of fun!)

An excellent gym with all you need: free weights, squat racks, elliptical machines, treadmills, plenty of sit down machine weights, plenty of benches for bench press, mirrors in the free weight area, area/rooms labeled for stretching, classes, crossfit (CRX?!?), men and women's restroom, lockers and showers, and nice personnel at front desk and plenty of parking outside in front of the building; membership required (I was offered 3 month and or 30 day trial membership for $49 monthly)

I've been a member of the Chantilly Gold's Gym since May 2016. I started attending the Gold's Fit class at the gym at the same time. The instructors for this class (Maryke Armstrong and Mike Bulka) are the absolute best. I'm in the best shape of my life because of this class. The staff at the gym are very friendly, attentive and very professional.

This is a great gym. The equipment is in good shape, it's newly refurbished, and is the only Gold's around that has a 2 lane lap pool to swim in.

New equipment, open spaces and what I love most is the 2 lane lap pool. Which is rare for a Gold’s

Price is very reasonable and it is not crowded at all. It would have been perfect if the gym had a swimming pool and opened 24 hours. Even without the pool and 24 hrs, i think it is the best gym in chantilly and herndon area. I have been to gold gym clock tower, xsports merrifield and fairfax locations and lifetime in fairfax and centerville locations. For the price you pay, this is the best gym; i was really fed up with xsports being too crowded all the time so i was very happy to find this place.
