Dr. Mahajan is incredibly personable and professional and I was really impressed with the time she took in answering any questions I had. She spends individualized time with her patients and does the cleaning herself. She is also incredibly qualified and I noticed she graduated from Tufts, a top dental program in the US and has 15 years of experience. I recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who is passionate about their job and actually cares about their patients.

Start off by saying, I do not like the dentist at all!

But I love this place. She really knows what she’s doing and will talk to you through the whole thing. She listens to your concerns and seems to genuinely care about her patients. The environment is also very cozy and relaxed, and not the typical doctor office setting. The front desk lady is also SO helpful too! She is incredibly easy to speak to. Both very personable people.

This is the best dentist office in the area, period!

I slacked off on my dental health for an embarrassingly long time, mainly due to being in Richmond for university and once I graduated, my first full-time job having mediocre dental benefits. I started at a new company that provided a more comprehensive plan and decided to take the plunge. I had a bit of anxiety booking an appointment as a new patient because of the length of time since my last proper visit to a dentist, but Dr. Mahajan and Christina were very accommodating about my situation. I even started my ClearCorrect (clear aligners akin to Invisalign) journey with them in April 2022 and I'm happy with my progress :)

I appreciate their expertise, efficiency, and caring attitude everytime I stop in to get something done. Everyone is really personable! Can't say enough.

My doctor is very nice, she listen to what you have to say about your teeth but she let you know what she recommends that is best for your health and teeth. She is the best dentist that I have had in 60 yrs.❤ Her work is very good !!

Dr Mahajan is by far the best dentist ever.All my dental fear and anxiety are now a thing of the past, thanks to her. She’s very trustworthy ,patient,always explains procedures and processes . I’ve been going to Dr. Mahajan for the past few months. I came to her after multiple poor dental experiences and she makes me feel so comfortable. She is a great listener and has a very calming disposition. She also explains everything to you in a very nurturing way and you know she only wants the best for you. I recommend her!

Staff is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They are very flexible with appointment times and also have the option of weekend and evening appointments. Dr. Mahajan is really nice and takes the time to explain and answer any and all questions. She in true sense is expert in her craft!!

My experience was amazing! Dr. Mahajan is a joy to be around and the quality of care I have received here is better than I've received anywhere else. I grew up with a bit of fear of dentists, but after being under the care of Dr. Mahajan I absolutely love coming to the dentist. She made me feel like I was her only patient when I began my clear connect process, the attention to detail and care she demonstrated with me showed me that there are dentists out here who truly love what they do. The level of professionalism from her staff in regards to appointments, reminders, and billing is outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone who is typically uncomfortable or uneasy with dentists to give Progressive Dental Care serious consideration.
